Hang in there! I had to stay in my house until an agreed parenting time schedule. This is only a short time frame in your life

If you’re taking SSRIs that could be the problem, I switched meds when it was happening to me.

I got fired, performance slipped and I was a dick to be around. I built a company over 5 years and they just said bye to me. A bunch of assholes, glad I don’t work there anymore, however I make wayyy less money.

For me it’s all about how to not hold any resentment toward my SO. If something she says/does fucks be up, I think about how I feel, and I talk to her about it in a way that invites a conversation about my feelings. Half the time, just telling her how I feel about what happened and her just reassuring me that it wasn’t her intent and she doesn’t want me to feel bad fixes it. All these people that say learn to be happy by yourself in my opinion are only making connections in other ways. Like with…

Date brother! Don’t listen to these people saying not too. Most important thing you can do is get out quick if there are any red flags. Being in a healthy relationship is awesome, dive in and be the best person you can be to her.

Bro, you can’t be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you. If the guy has a record get a good lawyer and protect your kids from him as much as you can. Sure it has its bad days, but that is life and it sure is nice to live again.

I went thru a similar thing, thought I was fine, started dating, depression kicked in. It still comes and goes but everyday it gets a little bit better. Try to hold on to all the good things going for you and concentrate on that. I put in a bunch of effort to keep my friend and family around a lot, and I still have dinner with my parents a few times a week. Find a few people that have gone thru the same thing and call them when it gets bad. Shit fucking sucks and that’s just life. For me the mos…

Be excited it’s awesome. Also when you start dating you will compare everything to your ex, this goes away after awhile and is normal, but it really is kinda a mind fuck at first and almost doesn’t seem fair to the women you are with. Keep it to your self and have some fun!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
