3	How to get back in the game? Chop wood and carry water. Focus on yourself and improving your SMV. Pick up a hobby or develop a new skill. Keep lifting. It’s easy to go back to old habits once you get comfortable in a LTR. Discipline over motivation. It’s easy to forget that.
