You got down voted for the truth. A nice person does something with no or against self interest, a niceguy does things for their own self interest. The second thing isn't really nice.

Watch that scene again. They tore down a poster, they weren't even talking to her. OK, ignore that they are the ones who pulled her shirt up. This isn't a court of law. That is what the show wants you to believe. Do you think that's not what it wants you to believe? Oh, you skip the comments by them in other scenes. Those are the "guys" who did that shit. That's the theme being played out. Argueing technical defense about a show seems silly. The actors aren't facing real world consequences. Some…

They didn't beat her up. She attacked one of them, and he punched her then walked away. True the tiny girl attacked first, but they instigated her on purpose I would say. The much larger person was part of goading and then was a bit disproportional in response. Bullying is bad bullying to get a reaction and then crushing the person is worse. You left out some parts. The football guys (a total cliche) lifted up the shirt of the sexual ambiguous small girl. They also beat her up. I agree the show had some heavy SJW messaging, but you failed to mention some key plot points. The cake scene was to get a woman who had set up a younger woman to die because her husband was the younger woman's illegitimate father and the ramifications that posed in the hierarchy.

I doubt he was threatened for his life by a 112 lb drunk girl, If he felt his life was threatened he would have shot her.

It's true that there are far less female serial murderers than there are males (although percentage-wise, there are more female serial murderers (15 percent in comparison to 85 percent males) than there are one-time killers (90 percent men; 10 percent women). From psychologytoday.com. While both are very rare the odds are not the same.

What's funny is they've had students killed by the train that runs near there a couple times in the past few years. ELI5 why is that funny?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
