OOH Bowling is a good one!!! Man I'm upset I never thought of this. You're right the environment is fun and the pacing of the frames gives you time to think of what to say next if ever you run out of things to say. Also it is pretty cheap and the food and drinks aren't too bad either. Great idea!

Amen! An arcade is a great place. I love arcades and if the date goes bad then at least I'm playing games. For first dates I always say "Hey there's an ice cream shop I've always wanted to try/ go see. I'd love for you to join me." Can be a coffee shop instead. I've done ice cream, a park, or sometimes you find a Groupon for random stuff like escape rooms or ax throwing places(Say like "Hey I got a two for one for xyz, wanna be my plus one?"). I have no clue how I learned this, but when you can get close enough to a girl and establish physical contact and are kind of comfortable with each other. I love hearing this. No one wants to believe me that I used to be this introvert who did nothing but play video games. Now I'm going out, traveling and meeting all these new and interesting people! Yeah honestly, you're doing good you have success with numbers and you're getting dates. Now to prevent flakes just let them know what's up. Just be honest and if they flake, let them know that's pretty sucky and give them another chance then leave it be. But if they do flake don't blame them, sometimes things pop up last minute then they don't have time/motivation to let you know, since after all, you're just another guy (for now) Good luck out there, keep it up!

Going out alone is my preference actually. It forces you to interact with other people, regardless of sex. And I think that's how you should do it. Talk to people to genuinely find out whats going on in their life. Approach people with a smile, a "hey, what's going on?" and just... Talk. Then at that point you're not alone. I feel like it's because women in relationships don't have to put up guards since they have a significant other. Which therefore makes them more comfortable to interact with (single) guys since they know they won't really hit on them. In my opinion, I never get over it. I HATE that feeling of "what if". Instead I use that emotion to drive me to approach women more in the future. I'd rather lay in bed knowing I tried rather laying in bed wondering what could have happened. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Good luck out there!
