This is just the shit I needed. One of my "friends" cut ties with me yesterday because he thought I was "too weird" and "too cringy". I was mad at him because I thought "Oh well he's being dick. Fuck him!" But he was right! This made me learn a lot about more of my flaws that need to be fixed and now I'm trying to fix them.

Well written shit! This is some advice I think will work. I've been doing this lately. At 4:00 P.M. I turn all of my shit off, meditate for 5 minutes, work out for 20 minutes, walk for 45 minutes, and then do whatever the fuck I need to do.

I heard that shit really melts off the bodyfat. It's no surprise since you're taking in a much higher amount of healthy fats and a significantly lower number of carbs (and those carbs should be fiber). That's definitely something I'm gonna insert into my diet.

Shit man. Lift any heavy weights you can that don't involve you using your knee. Eating at a caloric deficit will definitely help. Also, meditation is a good way to ease depression and anxiety.
