10	Women are so backwards. Started taking care of myself. Here is what I have done everyday for the past 8 months: 1)Woke up, cardio (Replace this with a full gym workout before corona lockdown). 2)Cold shower after that. 3)Skin care routine after cold shower. 4)Dedicate the entire day to getting closer to my immediate goals. 5)Reading a tonne of books. 6)Sleeping for 9 hours.
