If you don’t show up for the fitness-tests you will get a 200 euro fine and if you complete those tests and not show up for the ”training” you will get 14 days in prison, which you get to serve from home. This applies identical to both men and women. In practice the conscription in sweden is also voluntary if you dont want to do it. Some people are forced (I have seen both men and women being forced to do it) but this is because they have expressed interest at some point in the process and then later changed their mind (or have been really passive on their stance of doing it until it's too late.
