Well today I got an amazing pump in my back/biceps, yet again. I started the workout with strict 3x10 pull ups, then I moved to heavy bent over rows for 4x8, then dead lift 5x5, then seated rows 4x10, then dumbbell lat pulls 5x5, then I began working my biceps with incline dumbbell curls 4x10, and EZ bar curls 4x10, finally hammer curls for 3x12. LETS DO THIS TRP!

I am in total agreement. Our society needs to change in some way for the better. Her form of birth control was a 3 month shot that I witnessed her receiving from the doctor. I honestly would not trust a girl who mentions being on the pill after this little incident.
