Not necessarily, a good numbers of guys give me shit for "acting buff" or "flexing", when I'm quite literally just standing there with my arms crossed or walking. Or get called a "tool" or "douchebag" just because I drive a few nice cars and have a few decent watches.

If you had just taken care of yourself, she might have followed suit, if nothing more for fear of losing you. You did nothing but tell her you wanted to do stuff. She seen you put on 50 lbs in two years, why would she take you seriously without you actually putting your plan into action?

I recently "dated" a girl majoring in feminist studies. She'd literally do anything I asked, and more. She told me privately never to let anyone know about it as it'd be bad for her image. Then I dropped her and was told I couldn't handle a "real woman".

So use it to your advantage and make yourself that high status alpha male. If you have to adapt to compete then do it.

Having a group of men to talk about your life to definitely is a benefit. You don't want to look weak, so generally you do stuff that you'd be proud of. If you do things that make you look like a pussy, you'll probably hear about it relentlessly, so it kind of keeps you in check.

Value is how you attract women. Alpha-traits are how you keep them (in check).

Before you go to "The Dark Side", you really should have been lifting for a couple years. That way you've already maxed out your natural gains and lifting has become a lifestyle.

Totally Blue Pill. He gets kinda sick when he hears me and my brother's talk about our girl's. He even said once "How did I raise son's like this?" Fact is, he didn't raise us, our past the wall Hamster mother did. Luckily we were able to buck everything she "taught" us.

When you have low SMV talking to women is like diffusing a bomb. Yeah it's possible to do it, but your time and energy is much better spent improving yourself.

Sex is too much cardio anyway, totally kills your gains.

I find myself talking about basic red-pill tenets to friends all the time without ever bringing it up. A lot of guys (and girls) agree with it, they just don't like having a name for it.

Which is why you get called a tool or a douchebag. There's really no other way for someone to put you down, so they make up a a meaningless term.

Looks matter. The better looking you are, the more you can get away with. Nothing new.

Yeah I disagree with the period thing. I personally find it kind of gross, and your simple way around that is a blow job.

Yeah, I take upwards of 20 pills a day on a cycle. It's pretty easy to accidentally leave one lying around if you get distracted. I found a melatonin I accidentally dropped in my pasta the other night.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
