That... That's disgusting... Why..? What more could they possibly gain by doing these things rather then making it equal for everyone...? They'd get the same things in the enD THATS SO FUCKING DUMB, I HATE THAT!!!! >:((((

Why would I lie about that...? Why would ANYONE lie about stuff like that...??! I AM the proof!! You can't honestly expect me to give you any sort of physical evidence you can see with your own eyes of my life experiences what do you want me to do? What do you expect me to do? What do you expect me to give you that will ever for a moment make you consider that other people have had things done to them and those they love that should NEVER HAVE BEEN DONE?!?!?!???! I mean, I wouldn't expect you to…

Okay yay! I'd really hate to be a bother.... :( And yeah, I know. And all this focusing on what men do to women, but hardly no one talks about what women do to men. I only shared my experiences for others to better understand where I'm coming from, just as I always want to know where they are coming from ya know..? And it was never my intent to distract from men's problems and what happens to them, I know you don't think that but my anxiety is really fucking with me at the moment ':) so I'm sorr…

It's okay. Im just happy you're not mad at me or making fun of me, or saying I deserve it and stuff. So thank you deeply for that. I really do appreciate it, and it makes the burden of what I'm scared is gonna happen after sharing stuff like what I did a bit earlier. So thank you... (:) And yeah, you're right. I see that now. I guess I still have a lot to learn about how people work eh..? Thank you for being a part of it By putting yourself in their shoes. By considering how you'd feel if you we…

I want what's best for everyone. Men, women, and anyone and everyone in between. Hell yeah I'd be down for some mens rights!! I was also aware I was hugely lacking in my knowledge and understanding of a man's experiences and treatment in society, as, I am clearly not a man XD and basing my opinion solely on what others tell me and what I've seen is so STUPID, you might as well not have an opinion at all, especially if you are not willing for it to change. They say seeing is believing, but I don'…

Oohh, okay, I get it now. I didn't think they meant it like that. I'm used to people meaning it the other way, so I'm sorry for assuming and getting mad about it, and I hope yall forgive me for the trouble ':) And yeah, I know they would be. That's why it sucks when I come across people that actually mean how I thought the people in this thread did And that's stupid for blaming an entire group of people. They are a group of individuals that happen to share a single trait in common: is a man. Tha…

See, that's something I more closely relate to and have seen and experienced for myself, as 99% of all feminists I've come across online want the exact same justice you guys discuss here and want the bullshit that's happening fucking gone, and want equality for the sexes and equity for everyone. THAT, is why I used to think I was a feminist. But I refuse to take on a title that has such... A bad reputation in accordance to the people it's affected. There has to be a better name that people like …

I'm sure the guy would be kinda terrified too. Fake accusations ya know? I'd be scared, if I'm honest. because of things that's been conditioned and instilled in me since birth, like, 'boys only want one thing' and 'you should never go out at night alone' 'walk with your keys in between your fingers', etc. crippling anxiety doesn't help, neither does a slight fear of strangers, especially those bigger then me (I am quite small, so that happens often) Other personal experiences as well, like bein…

First off, why are you in this subreddit? Second, any sort of privilege men have is only given to them on the chance they were born a male, a 50/fifty chance nobody can control or choose. YOU could have just as easily been born a male, and then where would you be? Yes, the patriarchy is incredibly flawed, but you forgot about the sexism and oppression that MEN face. And the problems and stress and accusations that can come about it because of it. While men have been and are somewhat favored in t…

Awe yay! That makes me happy :) it's.. comforting to hear that from another person, even if that's something you already knew ya know..? ':) And I'm really glad for that, because I love hearing other people's perspectives, as it gives me another train of thought to either counteract, compliment, or entirely dismantle and reconstruct my own opinions on topics :) I am always looking to improve upon my own opinions, as there's no point of a set, unchanging opinion in a world that is literally ALWAY…

Wow.. just.. wow. Thank you... All that really opened up my eyes to alot of things. You are absolutely right, and I am so, so sorry.... I was careless and thoughtless with my definition, and I'll admit that I don't really know as much about about trans people as I thought I did (and even then I knew that I still had alot more to learn about them) and I only really have a basic, vague idea of bits and pieces I've been able to put together from things I've seen and searched up online, and from my …

What's a devil's advocate? I'd love to know how. I wanna become a lawyer, or a judge, or some other position of power so I can do SOMETHING The world is such a big, big place, and I am only just me. But if I can touch the lives of those around me, perhaps they too can find the spirit to change the world around them too :) and so the cycle will repeat Hopefully, at least

Yes, it is For me it was always "does it benefit people", that's the whole reason I thought of myself as a feminist, and all throughout that entire time, I had only ever come across few with those cultish beliefs. Throughout my entire time, I had met mostly others who wanted nothing more then the betterment for everyone... That's why I thought it was such a good thing..... :(
/r/MensRights19/03/20 02:55 PM

Yeah, I would have been.... But why...? They are mostly boys aren't they....? Why would anyone do that in the first place....? There's no gain in it for anybody, only loss... And the biggest side affect of loss seems to be indifference....</3 or up roar half and halfed with indifference..... </3

Ooh, okay, gotcha! Yeah, me too now!! I was ignorant in the sense of what I thought I knew, and now, thanks to the amazing people in this subreddit who were so kind as to educate me, i can work on getting better on understanding the world and things around me, and to better evolve my opinion and knowledge

That's so stupid. I care about everyone, I want the best for everyone. And I'd fight for it and die for it if I had too, even if it wasn't in my best interest. It's not that hard, it's so EASY and I don't understand how anyone could ever want anything differently...... That's why I love learning so much. The more you understand what you're up against, the more you can fight against it right....?

I'm only sixteen, I might have been to young to remember or to young to be able to get on the internet or involve myself in world news and politics and the like. Even if I wasn't, I don't remember, but I fucking HATE that....</3... That so awful....... I don't get it... You either support men's rights, or you don't. You can't say you support rights, of any form, for any BODY if you prioritize other things for YOUR benefit. Why can't we just like, idk... White supremacist..? I'm confused ':) I'm sorry. But if you look into the history of what feminism has done, it's done some pretty bad things. They're not all bad, I thought of myself as a feminist, and I'm not to bad, though my opinion of myself might be a bit biased ':) I just found out my idea of what feminism really is was all wrong, and that was my mistake, which a few others so kindly corrected
/r/MensRights19/03/20 01:55 PM
2

Thank you!!! Thank you so much! And I will! :D I'm just really glad no one's been mad or mean to me about this yet ':) as I've had trouble with that in the past on other platforms on other, but similar topics. I am quite sensitive to my own and others emotions, and anger, and hatred and the like is one of those things that tend to rattle me the most ':) so thank you all for that :) But being sensitive to them has its perks, I'd say, so it's not to bad in the end

/r/MensRights19/03/20 01:46 PM

That's.. disgusting. There are no men's rights in my knowledge that would better women in any form or figure. Actually, the only gender specific law that I am aware of is the abortion laws, (not trying to be political or bring up stuff that's unrelated to the topic, so I'm sorry if it seems so :)) Then again, the only laws that I can think of that could be made could better society as a WHOLE, by focusing on things and people who need it most, ya know?

Wow... All the feminist groups I follow are nothing like this. They truly want the best for everyone, as I did and do. This is.. that is.. that's horrifying.... I quite literally feel sick to my stomach reading all this... I had no idea..... And yes, please, I would love to hear them! And thank you :) remaining in ignorance and falsehood solves nothing and hurts everyone, not as much as it hurts the people suffering because of it, but hurts everyone, in a sense, because it will eventually lead to our downfall as a society. At least that's how I see it ':)
/r/MensRights19/03/20 01:28 PM

Huh. Do you suppose that there are other people who think themselves as feminists, not knowing their true nature and truly wants equality and equity for both parties as I did? And are just misinformed, again, as I was? I'm sure there are many, so how do you suppose we could band together to educate and to spread awareness to all mislead parties? If possible? And thank you for this information and input :)

A much needed change. However it's bullshit that that was removed. I wouldn't say that I wasn't surprised, however, the part of me that believes in the goodness of people is absolutely horrified. I have much to learn about everything this subreddit has to offer

God, I hate that so fucking much.. it quite literally breaks my heart that this is even a thing. also, I have sense learned from my original comment that there are no actual feminists ':) as all feminists are self proclaimed, as I was, and feminism would have been a better thing if the women who created it didn't possibly hate men, and wernt knowledgeable in gender studies, so I am sorry for my confusion '':)

Women are not the superior gender. Neither are men. We are human beings, that of which makes us two half's of a whole. Different, but the same amount of worth. However, that said, I agree with you. Needs should be faced with equity, not equality

Trans men are men. Trans women are women. Trans people are people. Therefore should be treated and respected as such. If you do not think so, I do not respect you or your opinion, however I respect your right to speak it. Those are my thoughts

~MENTION OF ABUSE~ I fullheartedly agree. I feel like it's because of the fact that society conditions us to think that men don't need help, men are men, men are strong, and if they aren't then they aren't men. That mentality in and of itself is WRONG, but in the end it only hurts men by not allowing them to be vulnerable, not allowing them to get the help they need, not allowing them to be what makes them THEM, what makes them human, in the sense of being themselves. That kind of mentality is w…

As an actual feminist, I find this thought process sickening. The type of person I believe you are referring to is called a 'misandrist' and believes in 'misandry' They typically think themselves to be and claim to be feminists, when in reality they are just on the opposite side of the spectrum of misogyny. Both sides are disgusting and both ideals need to die painfully in a fire I love this subreddit fullheartedly, however I am saddened at comments such as this, as they have no idea that people…

This is disgusting. Parents have no right to mutilate their children by ANY MEANS simply because they're their parents.
