1	Discussion : Isn't the welfare state, by punishing virtuous behaviour and rewarding irresponsible behaviour, devaluating many perfectly fine men and women ? People who advocate what is functionally eugenics for "low value" people seem awfully confident that they themselves are not low-value people. I tutor and teach, and I mark a lot of papers. I would not consider your writing to be particularly sophisticated or intellectually rich, especially given that I am assuming you are an adult. A person like me might consider you to be a "low value" person, if I shared your beliefs about humanity, which I don't.
