| -1 | Does anyone else experience "the crash"?Hell no, this isn't being an introvert at all. Introversion is when you get energy from being alone instead of with people. The introversion "crash" (if you want to call it that) in an extreme lasts no more than 1 day of being alone to feel energized again. No more than a few hours of being around people and wanting to go home to be alone.
