1	I haven’t seen my son in a month… Not unless there's a court order for custody. She can do anything she wants. Same with you, if you have your kid. Legally you don't have to return him. Obviously you wouldn't do that but just saying. Until court orders happen, no one can do anything. Document everything and go after her for parental alienation. I let her stay in our house that we have added 200k of value now worth 850,000 (sweat equity, new kitchen, driveway etc) she wanted to buy me out for $8,000. I’m in a 50/50 state. I had to settle and not be able to see my daughter to simply be able to survive financially. The family court system is an absolute joke and an embarrassment to the judicial system in this country.
