I don't know where you're from but I can tell you that it's not entirely true. Yes, there are cultural differences but it all depends on where you are. India is a VERY diverse place. You need to know where to look though and you have to be extra careful with your approaches. I've learned many things from this sub and I've applied it directly with moderate success.

This might be an unpopular opinion but in my experience, this stuff works often enough. Happened to me many times in the past, including very recently (although completely by accident.) It's not a very good how to guide though. Following these steps probably won't get you anything but if you happen to do these things subconsciously, I'd say you could find yourself in situations where really hot women are attracted to you.
