2	Thanks, UN. I've lived close to areas where a thousand people shared five public toilets. These places and countries have very different cultures. They are often patriarchal, poverty stricken, and unsafe. Men and boys line up right next to the main road and pee on buildings or in gutters, all in plain sight.
