The people trying to ban books are Christian soccer moms from middle America and The South, and they tend to only get that done in their district.

That question is rigged. It's too vague and undefined. Damn near every person on the planet has done good and bad, and all it takes is for some doubt to surface in your mind and you fail the polygraph. Either way you answer that one you are screwed out of the money.

Most of them aren't that good at lying, as other women have no issue calling them on their bullshit, it's just that too many guys don't think they will lie about certain things. They are extremely good at lying to themselves though.

She told him about her behavior and even offered details if he wanted insight. He was willing to accept that she had a colorful past before and even accepted it in the situation. She was the only one incapable of dealing with her past. Somehow she convinced herself that he could put the genie back in the bottle for her. His mistake was taking a risk on a real long shot bet when they got married.

She wouldn't have respected him had he done her bidding either. He was screwed no matter what.

"Boredom does not exist. It's your brain telling you to find something to do" Sounds like it exists then. Do we really need to have circle jerk posts like this about motivation?

That wouldn't even matter if they actually cared about it. There are plenty of shit teams that stay shitty that still have die hard fans and can make money off of them. Ladies you want your sports to do better? Then fucking buy tickets, jerseys, hats, foam fingers, and snacks from your team at their absurd prices like we do in support of our teams. Instead they yell at us to like it for them. Edit- hockey is even worse because they don't allow intentional contact. Hockey without checking is a co…

They need to come up with something better than dick injections.

This guy has some weird ass ideas. Finding a chick with the same name as your ex so you can travel with this person? Throw the fucking tickets away. Starting a charity that gives people that are in need trips of a lifetime instead of what they need to help themselves out is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard.

They don't really hate that either since they now have something to complain about to the other hens.

Where did he formerly accuse her? That article just mentions it is a crime. Her story is fishy, but this guy seems like another attention whore in the other direction just trying to stir the pot to get a little fame. The whole "tune in next time for the juicy evidence" routine is a big red flag that he is bluffing and still fishing for hard evidence of his claims, which means he should have waited to publish. Right now it looks like some girl with specious claims smears some guys and a school in…

Jesus Christ this turning into LifeProTips. Don't get addicted to things and have some self control. Thanks for that brilliant advice. That never would have occurred to me.

No. If you don't use something and aren't clinically studying the subject, then your opinion on it is completely meaningless to those that do have experience.

Waste of time. People will not surrender their desires, they might bullshit and say they will though. This will be as effective as the war on drugs.

A very wordy way to say NEXT. Hopefully something breaks before they get married and he winds up hurt and screwed.

Many of the guys that come here do so out of curiosity and often after getting really hurt by some chick to try and get some sort of understanding as to what happened, why it happened, and how to avoid it in the future. Let them come and look and learn some. Even if they don't fully buy in they will probably take some of the advice and try to put it to good use for themselves.

Many people (especially Americans for some reason) tend to focus on negative aspects of everything and don't like having their world view challenged or changed in any way. Look at how our politicians get elected for example. They tell people what they want to hear—even if it is complete bullshit—and complain about their opponent while offering very few solutions to problems because that is difficult to do. Even attempting to bring change to established thought and behavior patterns involves bein…

It's deplorable what this woman has done, but it's nothing new and really not that big of a deal to me. However, the deletion of discussion that was happening right after this shit broke bothers the hell out of me. Moderators of default subs deleting 20k posts, admins banning the new sub that was created to talk about it after it became obvious that talking about it on the gaming boards was not allowed, that shit shows an absurd amount of control the mods have over content on a site that suppose…

I don't really see what exactly her penalty is for breaking those same vows.

You won't fix anything by shaming someone, they will just resent you, ignore what you say, and do the same shit but now they will try and hide it. This is why good therapists and doctors try to lead you down the path without pointing the problem out. "Do you have any health concerns?" And "What do you think you could do to try and fix those concerns?" Works much better than "you are a fat piece of shit and need to eat less and exercise more." You can try the latter when they just don't see the p…

It definitely still exists. Why do you think she said she was only with 3 people? Shaming them does not make it stop it just pushes the bad behavior into the shadows and they then get better at hiding and lying about it. We don't (and never will) live in a perfect world, so I would much rather have shitheads wearing their nasty behavior like a badge of honor to save time trying to figure out what type of person they are. This dude needs to walk away. I'm not dumb enough to expect an honest numbe…

Because it doesn't harm the rest of the population, land, or economy in any way. Thinking something is icky is not a good reason to ban it. I hate seafood, but others enjoy it, so all I do is order things other than seafood and ignore what is on another person's plate since it has no bearing on my life at all.

If you want to go this route you better be able to handle yourself. There are plenty of people out there that are willing to put all of their chips on the table over a minor slight.

Now I'm picturing those book clubs or the fruit of the month club from everybody loves Raymond except it's with random dicks.
