Yes I expected to get fast results from meditation but I didn't. In the beginning I relaxed and after a couple of minutes I started to think and think and think. After a few times I imagined I am in a black hole, so I saw and heard nothing only me breathing in and out. I didn't feel anything after that. So probably I did something wrong

No I am lifting. I wanted to train mma but I have some problems. I will start boxing in October. I have a box dummy at home and it feels good to let the energy out but my neighbour's aren't happy because my dummy weights over 100kg and u cant feel the floor vibrating in the whole building-.- Are you now more relaxed ? How often do you train?

Nvm guys I know I fucked up or I am fucked up. Yes I read the sidebar but what should I do after that? I read the sex God method but somehow I always end up with crazy women or is the majority crazy?
