Ditto to what other comments said. And hell, think about the ex she's hanging with. She just rode someone else's dick (yours) for however long and now he's still seeing her. Be glad you aren't him, keep moving forward.

Start lifting (testosterone boost and confidence), take L Arginine and/or horny goat weed (improves blood flow), cut out porn and all synthetic sexual stimuli entirely (messes with your mental health sexually and in other ways), quit tobacco if you use it (restricts arteries and blood flow), and get 8+ hours of sleep per night (just good for your body processes). There's a good post with remedies for this in the main sub.

There is no one step measure you can take to stop those feelings. Girls in their 20s are going to go out with their friends without you or on vacation without you at some point in the relationship. TRP is about accepting the fact that she's not "the one" and setting yourself up with the best possible candidates for plates/an LTR and having other options should the LTR fail (because they all can at any point, for minor or major reasons).
