Why do you want to text them? To have sex? If that is the case, try to hint at that. To go on a date? Just ask her. "Wanna go on date on Tuesday? Let's meet at [place] and [time]". She loses interest if you treat her like one of your guy-friends. Be flirty instead. And throw in some tease.
