Overall, I think it's a well-designed survey. Some of the criticisms I have are: (1) I don't care for the use of the term "real man". It's a loaded term, which, in my experience, is used far more often by misandrists than men who are speaking out on men's issues. I consider myself a "conservative libertarian", meaning I hold libertarian views on most issues while leaning conservative on a few others. The conservative movement has been a major disappointment on men's issues. Prager U's response to TFM (MGTOWs know who I'm referring to) is a perfect example.
