My guess is that both sides play way too many games. The whole idea of being a simp, etc... and "can't come off too needy" or "act disinterested" and "abundance mentality crap". It's weird. Especially since women have so many options, a lot of guys feel they need to come off as very competent. Strangely enough, just being your genuine self is best. Are you Christian, Catholic etc...? I'd start at a non-denominational church. All churches are always bringing new people in. And if you have a skill, even better. Volunteer within that church to help out with something. I would do this with the full intention to find someone to be with long term, however. Wow, where do I find women like you? Lol. On the driver's license, the older I got, I realized that getting a driver's license at 17 wasn't a normal thing in NYC.
