I started smoking for 8 months back in 2018 and started getting worse and worse anxiety before I even knew what it was until I had a massive dissociation episode on my birthday night and had to quit cold turkey. What followed was a month of depersonalization, actual nightmares, suicidal thoughts…etc. I never thought I would be the same and that I had ruined my mind but over 6 months I went back to normal.
