I just think there is enough substantiative to conclude that it is truly not as bad as you make it seem. Especially with supplementing, it is very easy to acquire the proper nutrients in this modern age. The results seem to be speaking for themselves in those who advocate for the diet. I imagine it works much like keto, and cutting out all inflammatory and processed food is probably for the best.

The original video, the woman gets on him, saying she needs help with something, because she is pregnant, and he refuses, so she calls him out on being on the game for hours.
