Advice on Defending Against a FeministWait for witnesses, and politely, feminely address your opinion on your figure. If she continues, give the fake-polite, "wow, I assume everyone else here sees she's got issues" sigh. If you were my wife, I'd be more than happy to do it for you, not as "a man," but rather it's just how I am. I'd do it for a polite man, tbh. In other words, maintain grace, respectfully defend yourself WITH WITNESSES (because she won't get embarrassed enough to shut up without them,) and then let it go until she to… | /r/askTRP | 01/03/14 07:32 PM
Women complain that men are failing to protect them from violent crimes.fists You did read the part where they were shot to death, not punched? Good luck, hero. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/14 05:32 PM
Women complain that men are failing to protect them from violent crimes.I wouldn't tell someone what to do. But I won't be in those neighborhoods carrying signs of wealth. If you want to, good luck. Let me know how it goes. | /r/MensRights | 20/02/14 05:15 PM
Women complain that men are failing to protect them from violent crimes.Keep perspective, though. This is just one bad article on a small website. It might be a talking point, but not a credible one. | /r/MensRights | 19/02/14 10:23 PM
Women complain that men are failing to protect them from violent crimes.I won't. It's a permanent cultural change as far as I'm concerned. Careful what you wish for. | /r/MensRights | 19/02/14 06:17 PM

I "asked women." Remind me not to do that again./r/askwomen is more like r/askfeminists or r/askSRS than anything really. I see this now. I wasn't complaining about the intensity other than it's almost like "[insert topic of discussion here] let's git him," and nonetheless, no progress is made. Sadly, I get much better dialogue with female friends about these things. Also they'll ban you if you ever link to any of their threads in another sub. Thanks. This is relevant, as I was banned after posting the link. Edit: slight rephrasing of "female… | /r/MensRights | 26/01/14 01:33 AM
I "asked women." Remind me not to do that again. It's pretty much negative from the start and one-sided. I was attempting to learn a new perspective, and they accused me of "stereotyping" even though my post was very innocuous and open. To me, this seems pretty similar to any discussion involved men's rights. Essentially, one-sided, short-sighted, and not interested in progress. The female moderator sided with the female instigator. I was blamed. I was told to debate with her, then told to wait for others, by the same person. There are many mo… | /r/MensRights | 26/01/14 01:23 AM
