One of my openers for a while was, "How is it that girls are supposed to hook up with they want but not be sluts?" I got a surprisingly good answer from one girl: that it's not slutty as long as the girl has plausible deniability. If her friends are waiting for her and her disappearance means she has to fess up to going home with you to her friends, she's going to feel like a slut. The only real workarounds to this are having really a excellent wingman, or just waiting until you get her out with…

Kicking a guy out of a bar for trying to pick up chicks is like kicking a guy off a golf course for hitting balls into holes.

You joke, but seriously it will. Assuming she's old enough to know what Space Jam is.

Doesn't even matter. She's at your place. You don't have to plan anything else. You don't need to make sure she's in your bed. She's alone with you at your place. If you have the slightest about of balls and know some good gradual physical escalation, it really doesn't matter. Shit, have some fun, make her wish you'd take her to your bed.

A wild idea here, but girls worry just as much about what people think of them and if they're liked as guys. Self-deprecation is a pretty standard way of coming off as unintimidating and a good chance try some humor. If a girl started self-deprecating in front of me, I'd assume she's just nervous. I'd either segue her comment into humor or ignore it altogether and focus on putting her at ease. You could also flip it, ask her what she's good at (gives her a chance to talk about herself) or joke a…

DVDs provide an excuse for her to come home with you. They will not in and of themselves get you laid. It's the modern day equivalent of wanna see my etchings?. Most women will tacitly acknowledge that accepting an invite to a guy's place on a date to see a movie is virtually tantamount to sleeping with him, or at least, physical action. It's not about fooling them. They know what they're doing. Your DVD collection is not getting them wet. That said, it's still the standard excuse a girl needs i…

Sorry, the list of incidents of my being not willing to back down when she clearly wasn't interested is long enough that I'm going to chime in here. If she's uncomfortable, fucking stop. How do you know? Pay attention and look for IOIs. Now, a lot of the time when you're wondering to yourself if she'd like the move, she truly is just waiting for you to do it. But watch that reaction.

By doing. Go out and take some risks, challenge yourself. Hopefully you will return feeling like shit a few times and that is when you learn who you truly are and what you can truly take. You will always get over feeling like shit. When you have done this enough, everybody else's trips will start to look petty and you'll know who you are and what matters to you.

I would be better off by stop perusing women That's a great start. Just focus on making yourself awesome and having a great life going on around you. Don't make getting laid your primary goal. Make being a guy who's awesome to be around your goal. When you've got enough of this structure built, you'll notice them start to come to you.

Sorry, man, but you are making excuses so you don't have to try and get hurt. Here's the thing about limiting beliefs like "I'm ugly": most of them time, they're groundless; when there is some truth to them, your ape-brain will blow up the perception of their impact by a factor of 100. That is to say, it's more accurate to ignore a limiting belief than to bind yourself to it. TL;DR: Don't focus on your limiting beliefs. Just work on being awesome and women will notice more than you would believe…

You're a man and a sexual being. OWN IT. It's healthy. The only thing you can do wrong is continue to make advances when she's clearly uncomfortable. Ideally, you're riding the moment well enough that this doesn't happen. Don't make your intentions clear. Sexual tension comes out of uncertainty. This does not mean show up and just be friendly. Continue to express yourself sexually with hints and KINO. But in general she will be more comfortable and you will do better if she has plausible deniabi…

Don't come to conclusions. Arrive at them through experiment with an open mind. If you're awesome enough, it really doesn't matter. She'll find herself wondering and failing to explain to her friends how it doesn't matter. That said, realistically, it's probably a bit of an obstacle. But it also becomes an asset. You now have an excuse to get out and practice, without getting her home being your primary behavior-orienting goal. You'd be surprised how much better you do when you can let that outc…

I'm talking about the extremes. I used to do his style, and wonder why I got friendzoned so much. So then I became afraid of not making things sexual and went overtly pushy. My point is you can just hang out with a girl if you can see what's making you a dishrag. The dishrag doesn't hang out either. He's too busy trying to ingratiate himself to enjoy the experience and get her to enjoy it too.

Agree. Give a clear upfront message she cannot either misinterpret as flirting, that she cannot lie to herself about. Then cut off all contact if she doesn't get the hint. She just might figure out that your refusal to see her has something to do with the last thing you said to her.

Sorry, didn't mean to be so dismissive, but people don't even stay loyal in marriages, so this whole "she's dating someone so everyone knows she's off limits" thing comes off as the equivalent of "no takesy-backsies" or calling "fives!" when you leave you seat. They're made up rules that only kids follow.

I imagine her getting fucked, hard and fast by another guy, or even multiple guys. She cums multiple times and is enjoying herself. She is happy. I generally want my exes to be happy in life, and I hate the heavy jealousy I can sometimes feel, so I allow the worst thing that could ever permiate my mind to occur on purpose. Don't mean to bag on you, but don't turn this into a sour grapes circlejerk. I don't like that /r/seduction is becoming more and more general discussion and not about pickup. "She wasn't hot enough" is one of the excuses you give yourself to escape having to approach a girl. Putting the initiative on her to call is almost never a good idea. However, if you've got a hard hook to the point that you know she's really into you, you can hand a business card to her. Then you get extra points for giving less of a shit and getting her anyway! I have twice gotten into either fuck buddy relationship or real relationship just following this principle. My current girlfriend emailed me from my card only because she thought it would be rude not to.

"I'm confident except when talking to women," doesn't count. If you have confidence and have high self-esteem, you simply would not be here asking strangers on the internet to come up with shit to say. Well XxXsmok3bluntzXxX420, I can't say I've ever heard that side of things before. Though, the general consensus in psychology is the opposite of that: if you marry too young, you'll wind up marrying a girl who doesn't yet know who she is who will figure it out afteryou're married and who she turns out to be is completely different what you wanted to marry. but I have also discovered that 30-something and 40-something women also totally rock, and usually have more to offer than the average 20-something woman who is still figuring herself out and dealing with typical 20-something insecurities. Do a search. This is a perennial question in /r/seduction. I picked up my current girlfriend in a gym. She is into Firefly, Star Wars (incl. EU), and is somewhat shy. I took many of her early remarks and reticence to reply to me to be standoffish. Turned out she was just nervous. Fortunately, I hung around during the awkward silence, figuring I would earn points by her seeing the awkwardness I was willing to go through. I did. /r/seduction14/03/12 03:53 PM
3

I've found people generally like me more than they probably should for how much of a conversation dominator I am. I explain this by the fact that I'm pretty much always smiling when in conversation with anyone, without trying. As to how that happens, my best guess is (1) that I find everything amusing and (2) I really enjoy talking when I have something to say. If a coworker is being stubborn and yelling at me, it's funny because that's how this guy is. If a bunch of girls are having a fun time …

.. just get off the bus with her and take the next one .... unless you live somewhere in the nirvana where the bus only comes every 2 hours. I get your thinking, but aside from looking creepy and stalkerish, you're going to her instead of making her come to you. Let her feel the pressure of not wanting to lose an opportunity.
/r/seduction13/03/12 06:44 PM
4

Also lets her know that she's not necessarily the first priority for your attention. Hence, if she talks to you, she won't have to commit to a neverending onslaught of conversation. It's sort of a FTC (false time constraint) like that.
/r/seduction13/03/12 06:41 PM
6

Same situation as always. Extra challenge: You don't know when she's getting off so you don't know how much time you have. Your exit time is more or less fixed so while this gives you an excuse to end the conversation, it means you can't eject easily. I carry a book with me. If I seem to be too forward with the girl, like she seems like she's just talking to me to be polite, I go back to my book for a bit. Takes the pressure off.
/r/seduction13/03/12 05:11 PM

Excellent. She's already thinking about going home with you. The biggest mistake guys make is to take this literally, as a statement of defiance. She's only saying it to reassure herself and to take the responsibility off of her. So you can: Ignore it ("Hey, so who are your friends tonight...") Play dumb (e.g. "Whoa, what were you thinking about?" or "Of course not!"). Not the best option IMO. Why don't you just try this out? This. Try this and report back. Go strike up a conversation with a girl and close with, "I know there are all these rules about the games I'm supposed to play, but how about, 'I think you're cool. Let's hang out.'?'"

Three thoughts: It's a satisfying comic to those that actually think that way about negs because the guy is getting what he deserves. It's a misrepresentation of the community or negs in general. The cycle of continually thinking you've got it figured out but then lacking sounds uncannily close to the Buddhist concept of the cycle of samsara.
