It’s just weird that you are proud of speaking English but the country that gave you that language doesn’t care how fluent you speak it. For a woman to be attractive to a man, 70% of that is looks. As a male, I'd agree with you. Looks are non-negotiable to me. Personality matters but it's not as important as looks. As for attractiveness, the percentage of attractive people is less in any population. That would mean if an Indian who looks better than the majority of Indians, that would also look better than the majority of Americans, by this logic.
