14	Just in case people missed out on the story of Bridezilla. (X-Post SRSsucks) I think its a bit of a stretch to say that she lacks true empathy and only realized her mistake in regards to how it may affect her financially. She may have not experienced a close death and therefore she didn't fully appreciate what he was going through. Also her dislike of the father probably further clouded her judgement.
