2	Casual Sex Confusion Hey. I don’t know if someone else mentioned this but look into SLAA (sex & love addiction anonymous), it’s a 12 step programme but if you’re not into that then there’s lots of resources out there based on searching that. If you do decide to attend a programme make sure it’s women’s only! I’ve done it at the insistence of a previous therapist when I was going through something similar.
