Well, if you believe the evidence that they work, you must also follow the law of probabilities. Masks and other measures reduce the probability of spread. Removing them during eating, which is a small part of the flight, does not eliminate the reduction in probability they afford for the rest of the flight. You might not like them, but wearing them for most of the flight is better than not bothering at all.

If there is a restraining order then it depends on the distance set. Restraining orders can contain other provisions than "stay away" clauses, and I can almost guarantee that if there is one it will be further than this from their house. They can't stop her from standing on public property if she's at the proper distance from those protected in the order. So what will happen? Women want to join the male-only clubs seemingly against members' wishes. Members will leave, and the club will cease to exist in its current form. So the ultimate goal is to eradicate male-only clubs, despite female-only clubs existing. Whether he gets charged with something or not isn't the issue here, and is unrelated to the fetus. However, what he's charged with is entirely to do with the fetus. If you look at it as not a person, he forcibly indirectly removed an appendage of her body. If you look at it as a person, he killed a person and furthermore may also have committed the former.
