If you don't allow people space to do things their way then you lose their enthusiastic contribution to the cause. As Captain it's your responsibility to distinguish when you enforce your way and when you allow flexibility. I really appreciate your response to her and your willingness to look into this.

Exactly. Like, cheating typically doesn't erupt out of nowhere, there are typically other smaller issues that go unattended long before that. But he mentioned he was a womanizer for a while, maybe he was talking about less serious relationships.

I didnt like how he handled the subject of cheating spouse's. It was a naieve and stereotypical treatment. Also I found his tale of the mountains edge pretentious. He had 7 chapters of good material, he just didn't know where to stop.
