If simple obesity was a cause without any other factors, it would be a much bigger problem than it is, as many people in developed “1st world” countries are obese, often morbidly so. Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome-PCOS, most often includes weight issues, hair growth, can lead to diabetes and is linked specific genes. They have cysts that grown on their ovaries that fuck with their hormones.
