Omg 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:21 PM

I have no problem doing it. I've presented at conferences before, so talking to strangers isn't scary.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:20 PM

People have been doing videos showing their dogs not eating a treat until being given permission. The implication is that the dog can control its primal urges better than a man can.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:19 PM

Eh, I think it's fantastic given how many men here talk about how uncontrollable their urges are, and what they'd like to do to women (individually and as a group) as revenge for being sexless.

the expectation of monogamy My point is that there shouldn't be an expectation. You can't be betrayed if there was never an agreement to begin with. As for the rest: this is probably very cultural, but I don't see why you'd bring a person around to family and friends when you haven't even established a relationship yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:15 PM
1

The first I disagree with, because I don't think prude men are valuable. The second, I agree with. That's why a woman should always make a man wait.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:08 PM
1

No. You're the one who brought up women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 11:07 PM
0

Are you saying men are born desperate for sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 10:54 PM

Well yeah, surrogacy. I think I'd barely enjoy parenting as it exists now, so I wouldn't do it if it got any worse. Currently it's the reverse for me: I hate the thought of being pregnant but wouldn't be opposed to being a mom
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 09:56 PM

It largely depends on what you want from the relationship, but I do agree for my own standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 09:53 PM

I'd happily pop out babies for other women 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 09:52 PM
6

Well, I don't know what to tell you. Orgasms feel wonderful, but I wouldn't call them emotional. I had bigger emotions about my first kiss.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 08:13 PM
8

And you believe everyone responds to hormones the same way? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 08:11 PM

Oh sorry, I assumed you were the dude with all the alts lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 08:07 PM

Omg she looks like my tortie
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 08:06 PM

Are you going to DM me from one of your alts again like a weirdo?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:58 PM

Woo affiliate sales. And no, I'm friends with people my husband dated before me so that'd be dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:48 PM
18

🤣 if that's the sign, I never had the ability to begin with. The first orgasm another person ever gave me was wonderful, but not an emotional moment.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:25 PM

Nah, this is easier lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:13 PM
11

I enjoy PIV more, but I wouldn't say they're more intense. And I don't view orgasms as emotionally connecting.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:06 PM

Why are you editing your comments?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 07:00 PM

My hubby and I don't do Christmas so...happy federal holiday!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:47 PM

Excuses excuses. I guess my soft job gave me more of a backbone lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:45 PM
1

I did, I'm aware of how the UK grading system works. If you were trying to crack a joke, it wasn't funny
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:43 PM

You built the world but can't handle some errands? Weak..
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:41 PM

🤣 they should do more than chastise. I hope they start treating us like Russia.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:38 PM

Does this mean we can stop doing your gift shopping for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:37 PM

🤣 oh no I'm so scared. If you want to insult people and blame your autism or race, you're pathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:30 PM

You're the one using your autism as an excuse 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:26 PM

Well that explains a lot. I'll take Lift over an autist any day lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:22 PM

...says the person using a slur lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:18 PM
4

One slight amendment to this: if he changes the thing(s) I think are unattractive, then I'll find him attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 06:06 PM
3

It's very traditional if your family has British heritage.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:59 PM
10

A guy can't grow on me physically, only in terms of personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:57 PM
7

But how is the other person supposed to know whether they're dating anyone else if it's never been discussed? I don't assume someone is not seeing other people just because they ask me out. That's just weird. It sounds like you just don't like having to ask for what you want. You're not entitled to monogamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:50 PM
5

I'm riding that sleigh until I fall off 😈
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:41 PM
3

Ew
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:34 PM

When I say I care about other women, conservative women aren't in that group lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:22 PM
3

Nope, it was you. With all due respect, you sound like someone who needs to be locked up for public safety. I'd be more concerned if you like me lol <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:13 PM

Lift seems like a normal guy. Not sure about the rest lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:10 PM
1

Then go be a passport bro lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 05:06 PM
7

But the other person isn't saying they're monogamous, correct?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:44 PM
2

If I was monogamous at birth, who was I monogamous with? It's a relationship status. You can't be monogamous, polygamous, etc. if you aren't actually in a relationship. That's like calling yourself a parent before you have kids lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:43 PM

I'll stick with swords, thank you 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:42 PM
3

So if I was monogamous from birth, who was my partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:40 PM
5

But again, they aren't saying. And neither is the other person lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:38 PM
3

So we're monogamous from birth? Nope, sorry lol If someone wants exclusivity, they should ask for it. They aren't entitled to the assumption. If they're too afraid of being rejected, that's their own problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:36 PM

Only if it's big enough. Your pocket knife can just be flipped up inside you 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:32 PM
6

Who says they don't? Maybe they're like me and just don't care either way.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:24 PM
6

So if their partner also isn't bringing up exclusivity, why wouldn't it be fair to assume they're also non-monogamous? Like it or not, being single is the default setting. Changing that requires a deliberate conversation. I don't feel sorry for people who just start dating someone and assume they're exclusive.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:23 PM
6

Also, if the other person wants exclusivity, why aren't they bringing it up?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:19 PM
11

Not everyone is concerned with exclusivity. I'm certainly not, so I'll go along with whatever the other person says they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:18 PM

Do you qualify for Medicaid or ACA subsidies?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 04:05 PM

Then date a poor woman. My health insurance covers psychiatry and I use it lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:50 PM

We care, we just expect you to see professionals like we do lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:40 PM

Cats are superior
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:34 PM
7

Sorry, royal you
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:33 PM

Fabulous comparison 🏆
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:31 PM

Considering how many of them talk about status and "bad boys" I'd say they're very much still stuck in high school mentally.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:31 PM

Their mental health issues are their own problem, not mine.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:30 PM
7

Then why are you complaining about not being able to get it?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:30 PM
8

Manifesting this for you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 03:03 PM
8

Are low-count men actually getting opportunities to reject high-count women?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:53 PM
2

Okie dokie
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:53 PM
2

Point it out all you like. It won't change my standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:50 PM
9

Aren't you the troll with multiple accounts?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:46 PM
3

Still waiting for why y'all need your standards validated. Enforce them, or don't. Do you think I give a fuck if a man thinks it's okay that I wouldn't touch a virgin? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:46 PM

Judging by this sub, I'd say that the men with baggage are the ones who didn't get laid in high school (regardless of age).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:36 PM

Men usually say stuff about "maintaining peace" or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:06 PM

Agreed, the men here get super riled up when I call them worthless for dating because they think I'm referring to their existence overall. And even if I do think a person is worthless overall, I still support them having rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:05 PM
6

Totally agreed. Being single is the default state. If you want that to change, it requires communication.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:03 PM

I get sad sometimes thinking about all the family stuff that'll eventually just get dropped off at the thrift store. I have (what I think is) my great-great-grandfather's baby rattle. I love the idea of having my own kid who could play with that rattle. But then I remember that a woman can actually get her ribs broken by the fetus being too big, and I think "Nah."
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 02:06 AM
5

I don't keep score with people like this. But in a general sense, I'd say I've gotten more from women than men. Many men will do the littlest things and act like they just moved heaven and earth for someone, whereas the women I've interacted with will be there for you at a moment's notice and treat it like it's nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 01:52 AM
4

I don't disagree, but obviously conservative women are still going to go for conservative men.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 01:47 AM

If you think abortion should be elective at any point, then you're pro-choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 11:25 PM

I mean, they're children to pro-lifers, that's why I asked lol What's your source?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 11:05 PM

Not my problem you think everyone is on TikTok
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 11:04 PM

Surely I can speak about women the same way the men here do
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 11:03 PM

Is this an abortion thing?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 11:02 PM

Right, I'll just believe my friend who manages a funeral home and is a dude
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 10:37 PM

Men fuck those too lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 10:36 PM

True, we're morally superior because the mortuary industry isn't concerned about us fucking corpses lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 10:27 PM

Same
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 10:08 PM
7

I generally agree with this. Financially supporting yourself is just a basic requirement for adulthood in my environment. Just like I wouldn't want to be a financial dependent, I also wouldn't want to HAVE a financial dependent.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 07:28 PM

One of my friends is mildly allergic to tomatoes. But she'll pop a Benadryl if there's pizza lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 07:07 PM
3

I think their fantasy is that a woman sees their whining and decides to have sex less just because of them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 07:01 PM

I keep extra Plan B in my house and grow abortifacients. Exactly what are you doing to help anyone who wants an abortion get one? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 06:30 PM

Yes, that's what the internet is for. I'm sorry you don't know how to form offline relationships that you can turn to for whatever you're seeking here, but it's not really my problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 06:21 PM

Why? I'm not the one supporting pro-lifers 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 06:20 PM

Call us out whenever you like. Just realize you are not a person whose opinion matters to us 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 06:06 PM

Fantasizing? Comments like this is why NCLB was a horrible idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 06:00 PM
2

If you really see this as making society worse, consider yourself very privileged. I have better things to worry about.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 05:58 PM

Yup, I can't take anyone seriously if I know I would have aborted them 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 05:42 PM
1

Because I don't care if they behave this way, and I think it's weird to give that many fucks about someone you don't want to date anyway. I'd never date a man who has or wants kids....should I start trying to shame men into remaining childless?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 05:15 PM
2

Agreed, and they make up some excuses about how their standards are fine because they're things women can control ...as if women think they are worth changing for lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 04:16 PM

I'm just going by how y'all speak about them. And it's not even "this category of women sucks, here's how to avoid them and get the good ones." It's "women suck, here's how to get them anyway" lol If I felt about men the same way RP men felt about women, I sure as fuck wouldn't be with one.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 03:21 PM
5

Any level of attraction. Basically, any man who does not meet their standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 03:09 PM

It's also about hating on the same women you want to fuck lol My view of them is similar to MAGA: if they can keep it secret, then obviously I'd never know the difference. That's tolerable with platonic relationships, but I'd rather die alone than date an RP guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 03:07 PM
2

If he's not happy, he should leave. I don't get all the hand-wringing. The whole point is to filter out men who aren't willing to wait.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:44 PM
4

So would you argue that she should settle for someone she isn't attracted to?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:42 PM
5

Realistic in what sense? Not everyone is desperate to pair up, and there's nothing stopping a person from just staying single if no one meets their standards
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:26 PM
2

So you want women to settle for men they don't actually want to be with? Men would be okay with this?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:25 PM
2

Too high for what? If I'd rather be single than settle for a substandard man, what's the issue?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:22 PM

Well sure they aren't aliens, but I would never want to actually be around them outside of this sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:22 PM

After discovering this sub, I realize how lucky I am to have found my husband, and I'm not willing to entertain the thought of accidentally dating or marrying a RP man lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 02:13 PM

Lavender marriage. The only type of marriage I'd consider if I ever have to get married again.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:48 PM

Nah, this seems silly. I don't get why people's feelings are hurt regarding icks. It just means someone saw something about you that they find unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:41 PM
4

Laugh and walk away. It's clear that the only thing he really cares about in life is getting laid, and that means we have nothing in common.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:38 PM
1

Who cares? Why is this all about validation for you guys? If a woman isn't meeting your standards, don't date or fuck her. It's that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:37 PM
1

Being average doesn't tell me what your actual qualities are. If a majority of men are below my standards, then bring average is a bad thing..
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:36 PM
0

I don't wonder at all lol What I wonder is why men hate and resent women and still won't leave us alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:35 PM
3

I don't view standards that way. It all depends on how desperate she is.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 01:34 PM
0

5/10 and 7/10 are still failing grades. And having a job isn't anything special. You should have a job if you're an adult. I'm guessing these men aren't as attractive to women as you think they are lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 08:44 PM
5

Because men will still pick them. You can't expect someone else to uphold your standards for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 08:42 PM
10

I'm generally unattracted to traditional masculinity, so that'd ruin things. But the other stuff is very important. I've never wanted to fuck or date a guy simply after looking at him.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 08:39 PM
15

First, she needs to figure out her standards. "Good man" is way too vague. Then, she needs to figure out whether she's cool with dating strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 08:36 PM
-2

Precisely what would a man be a victim of if he chooses to fuck or date her?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 07:06 AM
-1

You can be upset. What do you expect anyone else to do about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 04:53 AM
-2

That'd be their problem for being so desperate.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 04:48 AM
3

Oh absolutely. That was more directed at the men who are going to talk more about not being able to read social cues and the like.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 12:15 AM
5

Extrovert. That being said, there is a big difference between being introverted and being shy/awkward. Introverts can socialize...they just don't do it as often because alone time is what recharges them
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/25 12:01 AM

Public sector ftw
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:44 PM

Oh I definitely posted. It was just too shocking not to. He had to tell my mom what he was planning because he needed her to find out my ring size. But from my perspective it was an absolute surprise. I flipped him off (both hands), said "Fuck you" and then collapsed to the ground and cried for a bit lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:42 PM
2

I don't really differentiate between what you describe and any other version of a person not meeting all my standards. I just don't get the vitriol. If I don't want to date a man, he basically doesn't exist to me. It's weird to watch people spend so much time thinking about and speaking against someone who they don't even want (and who would probably reject them anyway).
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:32 PM

I don't see much point in investing when I don't plan to retire. Plus, I have two pensions.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:29 PM

Eh, marriage is what you make of it. For my husband and I, it is mostly about two things: Legal benefits (my health insurance is so much better than his) He was always iffy about getting married, and I told him that if he ever decided he wanted to, he was free to propose because I wanted to. I never actually asked him if anything specific made him change his mind I agree that Disney is stupid, but my husband and I were already in love for years before we even got engaged. Marriage was less about…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:27 PM

My experience is that they advertise themselves pretty thoroughly. I hope they never stop wearing the hats.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:20 PM
1

I'm not one for proselytizing. I think anti-feminists are especially beyond redemption.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 11:03 PM
0

I don't think absolutely no one is influenced. But I think you underestimate how much women like me enjoy being left alone by men in the public.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 10:51 PM
-3

But the question was why women aren't complaining to other women. To me, the answer is obvious: the women who like being left alone don't give a fuck about the women who want to be approached.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 10:33 PM

You don't like traveling?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 10:30 PM

Y'all need better women, I'm the strip club fan in my marriage (I also pole dance).
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 09:55 PM

Damn, I'm sorry.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 09:52 PM

I forgot that song existed. Bless you.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 09:49 PM
-5

But why would I be willing to put up with strangers hitting on me just because another woman wants to be hit on?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 09:48 PM

Come to my city, I'll take you to all the gay bars
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 09:05 PM

🤣 where did I complain? If I had an issue being called fat, I wouldn't be here. Just don't whine about being treated the same way. And no, nowhere in her comment did they mention lines.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 08:19 PM

...you do understand that alcohol and weed are drugs, right? Why are you jumping straight to coke? Personally insulting me would be more effective if you weren't so obviously wrong lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 08:01 PM
-1

My BFF always says she'd pick the man so she can hunt him for sport 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:58 PM

🤣 the comment literally said "the occasional drugs." You're the one with the learning disability, not me.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:52 PM

I take my financial independence very seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:36 PM

Not everyone is against alcohol and weed 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:35 PM

Broadly speaking, my mom helps me when I really need it. She bought me a dishwasher for Christmas lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:34 PM

That's a gold digger. I've been with my husband for 17 years and in no universe would I ask him for grocery or salon money lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:27 PM

I have to wait for people to die before I get any of the family wealth. But at least I know I can pay off my student loans eventually lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:26 PM

I mean, if you want casual sex it makes sense. I've never had casual sex sober.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:19 PM

That's fine, women aren't the ones whining about being alone 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:16 PM

I value face more, but I wouldn't fuck him with that body. So if her body is good at all, then I'd say they're equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 07:07 PM

Her face gives me the same level of ick as his body does. I'd need to see her body to know more.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:55 PM
0

Why do you think we'd give any more fucks about them than the men would? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:53 PM

I'd rather be fat than get flowers 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:45 PM

He doesn't have to make more money, so long as he can financially support himself and pay his half. He also doesn't have to be fitter (he was skinnier when we started dating lol). And he also has a high body count. I'd never marry a sexually unsuccessful man.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:37 PM
5

Bro, no one wants to hear about your penis. I feel like I should be able to charge you for reading this lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:33 PM

How is it shitty that I have no access to his money?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:32 PM

Not particularly relevant since I can't spend his money lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 06:19 PM

Replace flowers with Taco Bell and yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 05:05 PM

Should I have accepted a man who only has a BA when I have a graduate degree?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:54 PM

The thought of being pregnant makes me sick. I'm pretty sure that's what my instinct is.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:53 PM
1

That wasn't the question lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:52 PM

So by this logic, men want to stay single. Make that make sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:51 PM

Damn my friends with kids must be miserable then
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 03:50 AM

17 years is hella long for a prank
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 03:14 AM
1

Would you say that shopping on Instacart is an accurate reflection of all shopping?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:17 AM

Okay have fun with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:09 AM

Hi, fatty here with an athletic man. I hope it makes you cry 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 02:08 AM

Or boring.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:47 PM

Waving? That sounds more spastic than extroverted lol The first time I really recall meeting my husband, he was speaking clearly and had a lot of inflection and emotion in his voice. He stood out considering how many men mumble in monotone.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:29 PM

You don't have to be extroverted to have an actual personality. My husband is quite animated, but also an introvert.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:21 PM
3

The source of the ick is a man that much older than me being interested in me. How would it be inappropriate for a man my own age to ask me out? The same would go for the reverse. I've had guys young enough to be my child ask me out...ick.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:20 PM

Assuming they're all attractive, I usually go for whoever is the most animated personality-wise.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:13 PM
7

How can you determine likability based on zero interaction?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:08 PM

Define "status" because this seems like a high school thing. How can someone have status if they aren't well-known by people outside of their actual social circles?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:04 PM

Wow, compelling lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:02 PM
2

I'm not understanding your question. Are you asking whether men who were the same age I am now hit on me when I was a preteen? If so: yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:02 PM
5

What do you define as equally attractive? Most men I see on a daily basis are attractive, but that alone wouldn't be enough to get me interested in them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 09:00 PM

How are they being fooled?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 08:08 PM

Were you the one who recommended some kind of cat/sweater game in the daily?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 07:29 PM

I do. But don't worry, I never remember the usernames of the people I think are worthless, so chances are it won't be brought up again unless you remind me lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 06:49 PM

Oh no, I don't support men like you. Go your own way 💋
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:56 PM

This shit is why I don't feel sorry for any of the men on this sub. It's not exactly shocking y'all are sexless lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:52 PM

Yikes, do you not have people who love you or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:43 PM
3

Men
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:37 PM

What's the drama?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:32 PM

🤣 I make $40k a year, please tell me how out of touch I am.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:30 PM

That's correct, it was probably in the early spring based on the texts.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:29 PM
8

No. I think men were unfairly advantaged for an extended period of time because women had limited rights and needed to be legally linked to a man to survive. Now, men have to be as desirable and likeable as women are.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:28 PM

... we're talking $500k tops. I plan to use it to pay off our house and rebuild the back porch that has a hole in the floor lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:26 PM

Serious answer: either of my great-grandmothers. I never got to meet them and it bums me out. Fun answer: Jesus, so I can show him how commercialized his birthday is and ask if he can go ahead and rapture all the Christians.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:24 PM
3

You're not looking for a useful suggestion, you're looking for a cheat code that guarantees results. And those simply don't exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:18 PM

How so?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:16 PM

Sorry my generational wealth upsets you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 05:15 PM

Tradcon women probably aren't, but they made the choice to be financially dependent so I don't really feel sorry for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:43 PM
3

Not on OLD...? I don't date strangers, so I'd never do online dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:34 PM

His family is technically more wealthy, but I'm an only kid on my mom's side (and no contact with my dad's side) so I'll be getting more eventually.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:30 PM
2

Yeah that sounds like you were picking desperate women who didn't really care about you so long as you met their needs.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:19 PM
3

Does that mean these women didn't see me as people? It sure sounds like it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Did they know how much you make?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:02 PM

I never got the fuss over prenups. My husband and I did one.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:47 PM

That's fair, that's how I feel about the men here. The ones in real life (most of them anyway) are awesome and feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:46 PM

The only thing keeping me in the US is my mom
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:27 PM

I work for a federal agency. Trump apparently said we could also have the days before and after Christmas off, but our agency head still needs to approve it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:19 PM

Damn, I wish I could have that amount of time off. I might have Christmas Eve off if I'm lucky lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:09 PM
1

I gave him a lapdance. It still took him another couple of weeks to realize I wanted him. We're married now 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:36 PM
4

Speaking as a woman, I've never been sexually attracted to someone for status. Status is something that is only important to people who are famous/infamous or in high school...or maybe a small town where everyone knows everyone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:35 PM
14

Personally, I get the ick thinking about dating anyone more than 2-3 years older than me. I was getting hit on by men old enough to be my father when I was a preteen, and even now at 39, I'm still grossed out by the prospect.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:33 PM
1

Interesting that you see that as an attack, rather than a basic statement. Most of the men here have autism in their flair lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:30 PM
2

Sure, but I'm going to treat the complaining like it's anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:29 PM
1

I never eat breakfast so......awesome 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 02:28 PM

Wtf is going on with his eyebrows?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:09 AM
2

Okay, let's say they're normal, then. That makes I and several dozen people I know especially successful at socializing, which seems weird because I know people even more social than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 04:01 AM
7

Yes, we already get that. People miss out on what they actually want all the time. Y'all are acting like you're the first people in history to have FOMO lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:58 AM
3

He's not wrong. You act like socialization is something you have to suffer through to get what you really want.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/25 03:56 AM
2

And I appreciate that, it helps explain why men like you have such issues. You can't fathom doing anything for any reason other than having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 11:00 PM
2

Thank you for this wonderful illustration 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 10:48 PM
4

Attacking me isn't an argument, you know.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 10:47 PM
6

You're getting very emotional. What do you believe I am acting entitled to?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 10:10 PM
7

He brought up good behavior. Again, what does that have to do with socializing? You can be well-socialized and behave badly lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:58 PM
3

In this sub?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:50 PM
1

Well if your argument is that young people are defective, you're free to state that. I don't associate with Gen Z beyond work lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:49 PM

You're free to think most women aren't worthwhile. I'd be impressed if you could. I wish men had higher standards and didn't just stick their dicks in every hole that consents lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:48 PM
2

that's kinda the point though. most women are also remarkably antisocial and considerably quiet/reserved Not in this sub lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:44 PM
6

Well the other option is that they're normal and my friends and I are social superheroes. That does boost my ego 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:42 PM
3

When I was a kid, I took a nickel off my neighbor's porch. When my dad asked me where I got the nickel, I cried and confessed lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:41 PM
0

The idea that normal guys don’t struggle with this is an illusion That's you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:24 PM
6

Why are you conflating anti-social behavior with immoral behavior? Is this an autism thing?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:23 PM

You're the one who brought up what all men think 🤷🏻‍♀️ The only worthwhile men are the ones who aren't complaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:23 PM
6

Why are you conflating there being a lot of guys who are anti-social with it being normal to be anti-social? If they're anti-social, then they aren't normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:22 PM
3

At this point, I'm just assuming they're all autistic. Everything they say makes more sense when they're autistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:16 PM

No, I've met plenty of men who don't think women have the final say in sexual selection lol Are you saying all men think like you?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:09 PM
2

And what are these supposedly normal things? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:08 PM
2

My point is that for normal people, none of that is hard. Most human beings aren't awkward and socially stunted. They don't have trouble making connections in public spaces, and they don't have trouble maintaining those connections once they exist. If they're hard for you, then yeah it's obviously going to suck. But most people aren't like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 09:08 PM
1

You really think that's the only way to be creepy? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:52 PM

Agreed, but men bitch about that too. They aren't saying to pick better, they're saying to pick them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:48 PM
12

It depends on what woman you're going for. For me, a guy just needs to be physically attractive and not embarrassing to be associated with. If you're expecting casual sex but aren't actually pursuing women who have casual sex, that's your own fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:48 PM
2

How are online friends not real friends? You don't actually spend time with them, for starters. I am challenging the notion they were in fact creepy but in fact fell under the horns effect. So you're saying I'm lying about being physically attracted to them? That's not much of an argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:46 PM
7

And you realize a lot of the time this is dictated by appearance and not actions? And that generates a feed back loop. I can't tell if you're trolling or just didn't read what I said. Go back and try again lol What do you mean by remarkably anti-social? A lot of the guys here have said they don't have any actual friends, just people they talk to online. Are you using normal to mean extroverted? No, I'm using normal to mean normal: conforming to a standard. There's this sense of entitlement, like…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:35 PM

If men don't like this phrase, they should stop lying about wanting a relationship when all they really want is sex 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:24 PM
17

Most of the men here seem remarkably anti-social. I've seen guys post photos of themselves here and they absolutely would get laid in at least several of my social circles, provided they didn't act like creeps. But the key part there is... several of my social circles My friends and I aren't necessarily extroverts, but hanging out with people in person is a given, and we also maintain our friendships for the long-term. My husband's BFF has been his BFF since third grade. Mine hasn't been that lo…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/25 08:01 PM

She looks like a painting come to life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/25 12:02 AM

Calm down, you'll get wrinkles before I do lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 11:47 PM

I didn't follow that well enough to have an opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 11:40 PM

I show mine most of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 10:30 PM
6

The reality is that most men I've met have done or said something within the first five minutes of meeting them that indicated they weren't fit for either dating or casual sex. You're not asking for verbal communication, you're asking women to give men more of a chance. And I don't see the point in that.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 09:39 PM
5

People with secure attachment give benefit of the doubt until trust is broken. True, but what does that have to do with meeting standards? I'm very secure in my attachment, but that doesn't mean I'm naive. It also doesn't mean I'm going to rush into a relationship until I'm done vetting. Example: if I'm waiting for a guy to do or say something that indicates whether he wants kids, how does benefit of the doubt affect that? And if I make it clear that I won't date a man who has or wants kids, why…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 09:30 PM
7

I think you're missing a big point of the vetting: if the guy makes it to the status of "partner" then he passed because he proved he isn't morally corrupt. Personally, I don't date strangers. So all my vetting usually gets done during the friends/acquaintances stage. Most guys I've vetted never knew I was interested in them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 09:14 PM
6

If you're already in a relationship, then you passed the vetting. You're asking for something that needs to be earned. And no, I see it as wasting my time because I've never been desperate for either relationships or sex. I don't want them until I meet someone I'm attracted to. I'm not currently single, but I was just as happy single as I am now. You're coming from a position of desperation.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:23 PM

One of my high school friends is still a virgin, as far as I know. My guess is that she's around/ace.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:16 PM
12

So we should ask AND do all of the other stuff? Why? If they aren't lying, then observing them will bring us to the same conclusion. I'm not a fan of wasting my time. The sooner and with less effort I can eliminate a guy, the better.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:15 PM

Well I really feel sorry for anyone fucking my mom. The only way she'd let that happen is to use someone for money 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:10 PM

Most women I know are married, but the ones who are single have either never dated or haven't dated within the last 5 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:09 PM
19

This really reads as "I hate it when a woman doesn't give me the opportunity to lie to her and instead chooses to observe things I have a harder time concealing." It's not usually a character thing, either. I don't consider a man to be immoral simply because he doesn't meet my standards for dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:09 PM

Ew, you fuck the elderly?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 08:02 PM

Me personally.... Him: what's the favorite for? Me: c'mon, I have to keep at least one thing a surprise. But I really think you'll like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:24 PM

There's a fine line between flirty and sexual, and that gives off sexual vibes.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:21 PM

I mean, I assumed the "something else" referred to panties lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:19 PM
1

Y'all are the ones bitching about it. You go first lol Or...grow testicles and learn to reject women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:17 PM
1

They want validation more than anything (except for pussy).
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 06:56 PM

Me every time a man posts about how they're going to punish women and bring civilization to a halt because they can't get laid
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 06:45 PM

Why would anyone be happy that Rob Reiner is dead? I mean, apparently Trump is. So I assume only the MAGA women will be sucking his murderer's dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:26 PM
8

Do it already or stop whining. You're not scary.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:25 PM

Source?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:20 PM
1

What values of feminism are women not upholding?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:19 PM

In what way?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:19 PM
2

No one's forcing you to settle. It's not our problem that you'd rather settle than be single.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:18 PM
1

Wait...is your argument that men started women's suffrage? lol Source?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 05:18 PM

If we're just friends, then we aren't in a relationship. If he asked, I'd tell him. But I think it's silly to assume that a single person isn't having sex. I'd assume he's fucking other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 04:36 AM

Yes. We're either in a relationship, or we're not. I have no problem with doing long-distance, so it's on him.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 04:15 AM

True, but also sex isn't valuable to me. I wouldn't base a relationship on it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:40 AM

It seems like a waste of time. If he's only useful for sex, what's the point of seeing him again? That's time I could be available for someone I'd want to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:32 AM

Not at all. I don't do repeat casual sex, so the "one night" part is optimal if it's not going to be an actual relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:26 AM

British accents are nice, but I'm indifferent.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:21 AM

Sure. I'm not saving myself for a nonexistent relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:20 AM

The first one.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:16 AM
1

Not really. I'd be more embarrassed to go back to working fast food.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:03 AM

Cumberbatch is good. Way too young for me, but the guy who plays Vecna.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 03:02 AM

Well it doesn't look good on him, that's for sure lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 02:34 AM

Maybe it's technically still the cheek, but whatever the fuck that is. It's like he's chewing tobacco. <image>
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 02:32 AM

Yeah but with the fat lips?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 02:24 AM

The sunken cheeks........ew
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 02:22 AM

Borosilicate ftw
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 02:21 AM
3

Is your wife... Nevermind lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 01:26 AM
2

Make whatever excuse you want lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 01:16 AM

But do they exist or no?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 01:08 AM
1

No, I meant your decision to describe men vs. women as two minority groups. That matches the "All Lives Matter" people very well. Who is the gender oppressor in your view? Non-binary people?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 01:04 AM

If everyone is allowed to come to America then America is not an actual nation. According to what? If you don't believe in borders you don't believe in nation states. They either exist, or they don't. Belief has nothing to do with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 01:03 AM

So what qualifies the US as an "actual country" that indigenous civilizations didn't meet?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:58 AM
5

See that's where I have to disagree. I'm all for evidence-based education, but I wouldn't try to convince a virgin-until-marriage person to have sex. That's creepy. And I'd hope they show me the same respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:57 AM
1

That explains a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:55 AM

🤣 you think I was mad? Your literacy is concerning. Top notch whitewashing in the first paragraph, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:54 AM
11

People are already free to do that. I was also raised to be against premarital sex, but I decided the argument in favor of abstinence was wrong. And my school's sex ed was abstinence-only. So what's the difference between what you imagine and how things are now?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:53 AM

I support immigration because my family immigrated. One of my ancestors was a German teen who fought for the British during the American Revolution, and he and other Hessians were "legalized" through a pardon. Basic rule of life: you aren't special, so don't demand to be treated better than how you treat others.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:45 AM

"Women make assumptions about men that hurt my feelings, so as vengeance I'm going to behave exactly as women expect me to." Have fun!
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:41 AM

The United States government? Or the United States population? In my state, education funding is tied to property taxes.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:40 AM
4

But how would you enforce it? What would make it different from now, where everyone is free to choose whether to be monogamous?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:39 AM
1

Are you one one of those All Lives Matter people?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 12:37 AM

Education and healthcare in particular. But also I'm a fan of UBI.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 11:06 PM
1

Not in my opinion. How do you certify exclusivity without legal recognition/obligation?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 11:04 PM

I'm about the same on social issues, but I've gotten more financially progressive as I've gotten older.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 10:58 PM
-2

Sure 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 09:53 PM
12

Sounds hot 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 09:23 PM
2

It's more like "The only people complaining about this are shitty human beings, and I'm not Captain Save-an-Incel." It's very similar to watching Trump supporters whine about tariffs.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 08:33 PM

This is personally what I find fascinating about your post... First you say: People are frustrated because they're essentially wasting their prime years without intimacy and romantic affection But then you say: hookup culture that puts an emphasis on sex rather than exclusivity has effectively made it possible for 1 guy to be having several women on a roster while others wait on the side lines. Let's say that we go back to a time when extramarital sex was essentially criminal. Do you believe tha…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 08:20 PM
2

Then you should rethink how your original post is worded. You're clearly stating that being domineering and being mentally healthy are two things that need to be balanced lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 08:15 PM
4

Men are enslaved? Fascinating lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 08:13 PM
2

And I'm getting the vibe that you don't actually have an argument apart from "men be like." If you thought I was a bot, you wouldn't still be talking to me. Either way, you're the one making a claim that they're mutually exclusive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 08:12 PM
3

Considering your apparent literacy level, I'm guessing I've been a feminist for longer than you've been alive. Don't project your obvious defects onto other men. It's not fair to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:56 PM
3

No, first you need to explain why there is a middle ground instead of someone expressing both to the fullest simultaneously lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:50 PM
2

I'm indifferent. If someone wants to be anti-feminist, they can. Just don't expect me to care about them lol There are enough good men in the world that deserve my care.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:46 PM
1

That doesn't make your assumption any less idiotic lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:43 PM
1

Okay 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:43 PM

Oh yeah, people who hit on people while they're on the clock are seriously pathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:27 PM
2

Men can start their own gender movement if they think they need one.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:26 PM

🤣 you really think my boss is going let me tell a guy to fuck off while I'm on the clock?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:26 PM
3

Ladies often complain about domineering men who condescend. Then ten minutes later they’re on about how much of a turn off it is when a guy puts mental load on them by deferring to them or caring about their ideas and preferences. I'm going to need you to explain why a man isn't both, because my husband handles his own mental issues and has never been domineering lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:24 PM

Agreed, I don't know why men aren't out trying to have fun themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:23 PM

Friendly reminder to all the women: don't date a man who didn't get to have fun, otherwise he'll be bitter.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:21 PM

Hiddleston all day every day
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:18 PM

Nah, it's creepy to know that a woman's response is restricted by her employer and still ask her out anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 07:17 PM

Both legal, provided both parties have the same regulations on how long they have to make their decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:56 PM

I'm still pretty pleased.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:55 PM
5

I'm talking about the impetus to parent to begin with.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:52 PM
3

Then stop dating us. Or learn that sex and love aren't the same thing lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:37 PM
6

Nah, that's bullshit too. I'm kid-free and barely like kids, but it's been obvious in my life that the good parents don't need peer support or pressure to be good parents.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:36 PM
1

And that indicates they aren't prepared for feminism? That sounds more like they're ready for feminism to go even further lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:33 PM
1

No, I'm talking about non-looks. For example, if I suddenly decided I wanted to stop working and be a housewife, we would be divorcing. In comparison, my husband has never expressed that he'd leave me if my looks changed.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:32 PM
1

I've only ever discussed it with two partners, and I was the one to bring it up. The rest are lucky (or perhaps not if they wanted to be dads) that I'm kid-free lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:20 PM
3

It's way too much effort. I have no interest in entrepreneurship.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:05 PM
1

You're forgetting about bodily autonomy. If you want the right to abort a fetus, acquire the ability to carry a fetus in your body.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:03 PM
0

Not in my experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:02 PM
3

Can you give examples from that work?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:02 PM
1

When I stop to consider how many men asked me what I'd do with an unwanted pregnancy before having sex with me, I stop feeling sorry for men in that regard.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 06:01 PM
3

What does that have to do with feminism?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:58 PM
1

And men only want equality when it doesn't prevent them from getting laid 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:58 PM
3

So you expect feminists to fight for men's fights?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:57 PM
1

I have to disagree with that. If I ever deviated from my "resume" in my marriage, my husband would leave me.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:56 PM
2

Why are you assuming the women complaining are feminists?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:54 PM
31

If you need someone to give you permission to parent your own child, you aren't interested in being a parent.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/25 05:54 PM

🤣 you made a lot of very incorrect assumptions. And the fact that you needed to insult me instead of answering the question says it all.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 10:44 PM
1

Well I can't speak for other women, just myself. But as someone with a graduate degree, dating someone who didn't at least have an undergraduate degree feels like I'm really slumming it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 10:04 PM
1

I don't know their education levels. Do they have college degrees? Undergraduate or graduate? They certainly aren't the men who come to mind when I think of intelligence, especially the Chrises lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 09:03 PM

I wouldn't call it lovebombing. If she were a friend, I'd tell her not to come crying to me when he dumps her for someone younger lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:58 PM

Tell her to call me, I can show her a better time than you can 😈
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:57 PM
10

...boy are you trolling or illiterate? Ah, so you think women are a monolith. If you don't think women are a monolith, why are you providing as an example the fact that women don't all agree on whether they want men they don't know to try and talk to them in public? lol That's not a struggle, that's just women having different standards. I know men like you really want there to be some sort of cheat code for getting a woman's affection, but that's never going to happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:56 PM
9

Ah, so you think women are a monolith. Let me guess, do you have trouble with the concept that not all women are feminists?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:51 PM
7

He had a say in who he chose to have sex with. Most men don't even ask women what they'd do with an unwanted pregnancy before fucking, so why would they suddenly care after the fucking? Post-nut clarity?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:48 PM
12

If I'm they're "better prepared" then why aren't women whining more? Where's the female loneliness epidemic?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:44 PM
4

So then they aren't actually prepared lol Plus, the biggest rebuttal against your claim is the reaction men have had to women not getting married and having kids at the rates they have in the past.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:40 PM
30

If men are more prepared for feminism, why are they complaining about it so much?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:38 PM
2

Being "on the DL" has existed for decades now. I don't understand why you're treating it like a new phenomenon.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:36 PM
0

I mean, you can do that too. I just don't get complaining about bad sex in the context of a marriage when you married someone who doesn't enjoy sex 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:32 PM
1

And aside from Henry Cavill, I have yet to meet a man who breaks that stereotype lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:28 PM
1

So which is it? Are men suffering or no?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:21 PM

Who said anything about having sex early? I'm talking about having sex casually. That's like me waiting to spoil a girl i want to be serious about while i go all out for someone i see no future with on the first meet up. That's because you view sex as a reward, rather than something mutually enjoyable. Men like you are the reason why I make men wait lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 08:21 PM
0

Are you wanting kids?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 08:23 PM
4

I like Hoarders. It encourages me to clean and makes me feel better about the messiness of my house at the same time. Sure I have dust bunnies, but I can see my floor 🥳
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 08:19 PM
3

I've never actually seen Real Housewives, but I'm assuming it's the same vibe.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 08:15 PM
3

Embarrassment at who you're being associated with. And the only difference between a friend who I'd fuck and a friend who I wouldn't is the attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:47 PM
2

It's less about safety and more about avoiding embarrassment.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:25 PM
-1

I don't know if I'd draw the line there. I will say that I didn't cook for my husband until we started living together, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:07 PM
1

If you're dating strangers, sure. I only did that once, in high school, and I learned my lesson lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:05 PM
-1

And if they did interviews first, having a good resume wouldn't redeem failing that round.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:04 PM
3

I've never had to outright ask, I've always dated or hooked up with people I knew already.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 07:04 PM
4

This sub is basically reality TV. The fighting is the fun part.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 06:49 PM
2

Sure, but if we could get for other things in a more immediate sense, then they'd be just as relevant. Example: if you tell me a guy is a conservative, his looks will never overcome that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 06:44 PM
9

Looks are the equivalent of a resume: it's the first thing people notice, but you can still end up sucking in the interview.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 06:15 PM
3

I hated muscly guys when I was skinny, too. They're usually less educated.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 06:08 PM
3

So the men whining about women doing better than them are wrong? Good to know lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:53 PM
4

Then men shouldn't be lagging behind so much in education
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:52 PM
3

And when men use them?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:51 PM
3

If you don't like insults, don't get personal first.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:47 PM
1

I would let the guy pay if he started making a scene about it, because at that point it's just about getting away from him. But usually I wouldn't even speak to them again.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:57 AM
1

I'm not single currently, but I was very picky when I was lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:46 AM
10

I'm all healed. And nothing heals you faster than cutting a dangerous person out of your life. Just remember, if your dad ever fucks up again, you chose that 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:28 AM
1

It'd be a red flag from the first ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:25 AM
2

?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:17 AM
16

It's entirely your prerogative to forgive your abuser. No one else is obligated to. To me, abusers are trash human beings and beyond redemption. Point all the fingers at me that you like 😁
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 05:11 AM
2

Yes. It signals he thinks the best way to show affection is to pay for shit, and that he plans on having a more tradcon relationship than I'm interested in.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:51 AM
14

You live a very messed up life, and I feel sorry for you. How's that for empathy? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:48 AM
15

Yikes. Yeah, I don't tolerate people who make excuses for abuse. I watched my dad hold broken glass to a woman's neck when I was a kid. Nothing excuses that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:38 AM
2

You mean the men who are whining about being drafted while I tried to join the military but ended up being rejected due to health issues?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:37 AM
1

I don't know if it was actually AA or some other program.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:36 AM
12

I disagree, I just think you (and men who think like you) don't like how women deal with those failures. When my mother finally left my dad after years of abuse, her solution was to just never bother with men again. When men say "choose better" they actually mean "choose me."
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:35 AM
3

🤣 I am willing to risk my safety for many things, but not to put a loser in his place.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 04:06 AM
1

It depends on his behavior. The times a guy has gotten so pushy that he caused a scene, I went with the path of least resistance. At that point, the goal is to just get away from him quickly.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 03:59 AM
1

🤣 I don't want men to pay for my shit. That's why I have a job. If you're into gold diggers, then by all means, pursue them. But I don't see why it'd be shocking that women who aren't gold diggers wouldn't want you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 03:52 AM
7

Bingo. But they won't, because ultimately they want validation and social acceptance way more than they want to be free of gender roles. I've known women who were the same way. I feel sorry for all of them, because they'll just keep complaining instead of actually doing anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 03:36 AM
3

What do you believe accountability looks like? If I think a woman is a shitty person, I won't speak to her unless required to do so by my job.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 02:42 AM
1

I don't know many alcoholics, but the ones who are actively managing it did support groups like AA.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 02:02 AM
1

ripped Ew
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 12:30 AM
6

I wouldn't disapprove, I'd just think less of her. Those aren't really women who I respect and like.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 12:22 AM
4

Do you know a lot of gold diggers or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 12:21 AM
2

To me, a low-value man is just anyone who doesn't meet all my standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 12:11 AM
4

Ew
/r/PurplePillDebate13/12/25 12:10 AM
9

But choosing a pathetic man makes you pathetic yourself. The top of the hierarchy is a woman who doesn't need a man that badly.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 11:59 PM
10

It could be my social circle, but given how often men complain about being valued for only their money, we tend to think less of men who pay for dates. It's likely they don't actually want to but are desperate.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 11:55 PM
4

I'm not seeing how the stigma against divorced men is any more severe than for women. It seems like marriage just might not be for you. Or get a prenup 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 11:24 PM

Why would you expect a woman to take on gender roles if she's anti-gender roles?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 06:21 PM
-1

I really don't understand why men struggled with this. My husband certainly didn't. The worst thing a bear can do to me is far better than the worst thing a man can do to me. Bears are far more predictable, and they won't harm me for sport. Simple as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 06:09 PM

My husband and I keep our finances separate and split shared things 50/50. All I really care about is maintaining my financial independence.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 03:46 PM
2

Being kind is part of basic interaction. Are you only concerned with getting laid? Or do you also want to be seen as a good person?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 11:11 PM
2

Some men like surfboards, nothing wrong with that. But my hubby is a tits man.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 11:10 PM
4

They should, but they should also realize that's not flirting.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 09:51 PM
4

Nah, I like having boobs
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 08:55 PM
0

That's because most people get monogamous for extended periods of time. But not everyone wants monogamy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 08:43 PM
8

It's all been online, but I've seen plenty of posts from guys who describe basic kindness as their way of flirting. To me, that's a "nice guy."
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 08:25 PM

They both seem horrible and, oddly enough, probably deserve each other lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:52 PM
3

I had the opposite issue: microbiology was not relevant to my history degree at all, but it was fun lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:48 PM
-1

That number doesn't seem that high if he's 38 and been single most of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:37 PM
0

Because it doesn't affect me...? I have no problem telling a man who approaches me to go fuck himself. If anything, it's gotten fun as I've gotten older.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:27 PM
0

🤣 I'm saying it for you, since you can't seem to grasp the concept that women aren't a hivemind. When you cold approach, you're basically selling yourself like a door-to-door guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:20 PM
0

There is no universally appropriate place. I don't fuck or date strangers, so absolutely no place is acceptable to approach me.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 07:17 PM

🤣 being confident is bad? Then by that logic, I'm also bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 06:57 PM

I'll never understand why guys associate confidence with being an asshole. Confidence is normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 04:59 PM
1

I'll set people up if I actually think they'll be a good fit. Fighting is for poor people and addicts. Most men are less educated than me, so I usually have to dumb it down. I'm not the friend you want to go to for venting, regardless of your gender or what it's about. I hate whiners.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 01:43 PM
1

Well when you aren't desperate for a date you can be as limited as you like lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 01:39 PM

I switched majors, which meant dance was no longer something I was doing as a part of my degree. And that was the only way I had been able to afford the classes (my parents stopped financially supporting me at 18).
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 10:13 PM
1

I dated friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 10:11 PM

Normally I'd say that they're envious because they have kids they didn't actually want....but this sub is not that crowd 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 09:28 PM

Anything involving a "baby daddy" lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 08:37 PM
1

Your argument is that her body count will indicate whether she will cheat, correct?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 08:31 PM

I was at the time (5'4'', 110lbs, 32D/DD). I didn't get fat until I stopped dancing when I was 20.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:44 PM
1

Then I'd see that as hypocrisy..
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:37 PM

Respectfully as a queer woman
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:34 PM
7

An argument for what? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:32 PM
8

Getting pussy stops being impressive after you're 16. Next you'll tell me you have a car lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:28 PM

Yet here you are theorizing about us 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:25 PM
9

Congrats, you're officially the bare minimum lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:24 PM
8

I have no idea what that means but 👍🏻
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:21 PM

High school was pretty awesome, ngl
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:19 PM
7

Awesome, saving this comment for the next post about how men are so lonely and horny lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:18 PM
1

So is your body count to your own standard?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:17 PM

Correction: it's the only thing men understand. When your goal is to hurt feelings, you go for what matters to the target.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:16 PM

But I've always been able to fuck date the type of men I'm into...so who cares? Y'all would be so much happier if you spent less time worrying about other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:07 PM

Makes sense, that's why my name isn't on our house. I do pay half the mortgage but I didn't contribute to the down payment..
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:06 PM
6

If it was that easy to get women to fuck you to begin with, would you even care about the body count? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:05 PM
4

We're kid-free so that's not happening no matter what.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 06:56 PM

Knock yourselves out, I have a foot out the door already lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 06:51 PM
10

Yup, we had a talk when we first started living together about who would do what. He's stuck to his obligations very nicely.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 06:48 PM

Agreed. Now show me in the Constitution of your country where it guarantees you some pussy lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:53 PM

That's not billions dying, just billions not existing.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:30 PM

Daily reminder that not having sex won't kill you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:22 PM

I think your problem is that you waited too long. Women who want those things still date in high school.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:21 PM
-2

Pure entitlement, what a whiny baby.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:19 PM
2

Of course. Most of my kinks require some level of trust that a hook-up guy will simply never achieve.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:17 PM
2

There is no common preference. Y'all need to stop trying to find cheat codes lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:11 PM
-6

I've had crushes on guy friends and got rejected. I didn't stop being friends with them, because friendships are important to me. Maybe men are just more sensitive.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:11 PM

It's not that difficult to ignore unwanted men lol If employers want to offer a woman instead of a salary, they can I suppose.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:10 PM
1

Well that depends on the "why." Why do you want a low-count woman, and why would reason not also apply to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:07 PM
1

Insulting me isn't an argument. Don't be emotional.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:06 PM

Kathryn Hahn's character in Parks and Rec is my spirit animal.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:18 AM

As someone who looked at societal collapse as part of my college major, it's very entertaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:16 AM

The men here talk all the time about how they'd never say anything they do here offline, so no that doesn't really work. The best bet is to assume the man is shitty and let them prove you wrong if they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:14 AM

That would explain a lot. I purposefully chose a university that didn't have Greek life.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:12 AM

The point was that it's easy to identify a frat guy, as well as avoid them. How do you identify a manosphere man?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:11 AM

Some people caved and made decisions they now regret, so they get bitter about other people choosing the alternatives. Speaking as a kid-free woman, the people who get the nastiest about that are the people who didn't want kids but had them anyway. They can't accept that they had the same choice I did.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 01:05 AM

Again, no.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 12:53 AM

Mainstream discussion isn't focusing on them at all. Sure, because they aren't mainstream. My college didn't have Greek life whatsoever. The manosphere is a far bigger issue to the general public, because you'll encounter those fucks anywhere. Why defend frats? Why defend RP men?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:36 PM

No, because OP has a lot else to say besides that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:30 PM

Well that's the responsibility of the parents, who I'd say are probably shitty. I had a pretty solid moral code by that age.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:29 PM

🤣 again, society is focusing on Greek culture plenty. I'm well-versed in it, as someone who worked in higher ed. It sounds like you're just remarkably ignorant.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:24 PM

Okay, but is the concern just that we don't want men to be like that, or that we think they're going to do something horrible? I don't care about that type of man, because I think they're already shitty to begin with.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:22 PM

It depends on your definition of radical. But I also don't see being radical as a bad thing. Radicalism is merely a desire to see society change. Men seem wholly resistant to that change because it's bad for them, which is fine. But if you're the type of man who can only get laid when women are required to choose a man, I don't feel sorry for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:21 PM

It helps if you never have kids. But either way, most men are pathetic enough that they'll take saggy boobs over no boobs at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:10 PM

One has a power structure, defined membership, and explicit rules...the other doesn't. And you're the one hand-waving by making a comparison to begin with. A misogynist who isn't given the opportunity to act on his misogyny because no woman will speak to him is still a misogynist. And misogynists are worthless people categorically.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 11:06 PM

Exactly. The two things are hardly comparable.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 10:44 PM
4

Yeah, that's entitlement. If I had an issue with stingy men, I wouldn't forgive them just because they were stingy with everyone else. I don't tolerate poor treatment objectively.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 10:02 PM

I'd much rather work than have to choose a man I don't find attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 09:55 PM
1

Encouraging men to be kind was also about just having to deal with them in general, not just for dating. Men seem to think that all interactions between the genders center on dating and sex, and I'd LOVE it if that were true. The worst things men have ever done to or around me involved nonconsensual sex, and dating not at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 09:48 PM
4

I don't dislike them, I just don't care about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 09:41 PM

I don't really know any women who are concerned about men opting out. If a pussy is a guy's only motivation for having a job, I can't imagine he's a valuable employee.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 09:36 PM
1

Randomly throwing and breaking things isn't emotional? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 07:55 PM

Nah, I'm still waiting on a few things from men. But unfortunately, most will never have the self-respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:27 PM
1

Are men romantic in the context you describe, though? Do men want to be romanced and treated like women?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:25 PM
1

I just don't like dating strangers. I tried it in high school and it was horrible.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:15 PM
1

🤣 okay this is hilarious.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:15 PM
5

I think it's bad because men seem to feel especially entitled to be nurtured and cared for by women, and they just assume every woman will do that for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:13 PM
14

My experience is the opposite, in that I've only ever seen this behavior from my father.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 01:12 PM
1

I'll take my chances in exchange for regular assaults instead of sexual assaults.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 06:01 AM

No, just dress like a normal 39-year-old woman lol
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/25 06:00 AM

Definitely not innocent
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 11:29 PM

The last time I wanted to look like a cute innocent princess, I was maybe 7 and dressed like Ariel for Halloween lol Cute and innocent attracts the worst creeps.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 10:05 PM

As my husband always says, I'm not into surfing lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 09:28 PM

Nah, my tits are awesome.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 09:21 PM
0

So is the assumption that at least half the women are dating half the men? Are we talking cishet women only?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 09:15 PM
3

And you've proved that all men really care about is sex and dating, yet none of you are willing to trade the pros of being a man to get them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 08:22 PM
2

And what do you believe that I, as a woman, want? (Hint: it's not sex or kids or a marriage lol)
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 08:18 PM
1

Sorry, but is your argument that the bums at the gas station aren't....men? So they're women? Non-binary?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 08:15 PM
2

Then all men are shitty. Now what?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 06:28 PM
3

Well that's the difference: I don't really care if men hate all women. What I care about are tangible infringements on my rights. I hate conservatives, but I'd never support having their rights limited in any capacity. I don't need to like someone personally in order to think they deserve housing, food, water, healthcare, education, voting rights, habeas corpus, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 06:26 PM
3

Your opinion indicates who you plan to make things safer and better for. Feminism is why I'm able to live my life how I please, instead of pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen. I don't really care what someone's reasons are for being anti-feminist. If that's your opinion, we aren't on the same side.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 06:18 PM
6

Nope, we're unionized and I can't be fired without cause.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 06:11 PM
2

Also, the person at the top was a woman until Trump got elected and picked a man instead lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:52 PM
5

And I get paid for it and never have to speak to him, look at him, touch him, etc. Are you down for that kind of submission? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:50 PM
9

I'm public service, we don't have CEOs. But the three people above me are all women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:32 PM
5

No one said I shouldn't have trusted them because they were right-handed lol Y'all need to realize that when you make "yes all men" arguments, it hurts you in the long run. Because we aren't going to be more forgiving out of desperation. That's what men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:13 PM
1

If I had to guess, most men just don't care whether their partner orgasms.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:09 PM
4

🤣 everyone knows that. The privilege is that people can do their jobs and get compensated without necessarily being liked.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:08 PM
5

Because when I was harmed, I was blamed for it...by men. Why do you think we needed #MeToo? If the choice is to either protect myself or hurt a man's feelings, I'll go with the former. Your feelings shouldn't be that fragile.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:08 PM
5

But where we differ is who those people are. Do you think a good person would have written OP's post? Because I don't. Do you think a good person would be anti-feminist? Because I don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 05:06 PM
8

And are male police suddenly dissatisfied with the paycheck? I don't consider them to be "in my life." I don't associate with cops in a general sense, because they tend to be conservatives.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:43 PM
2

Men need to appreciate how rare it is for them to even be good at sex to begin with. If a woman is choosing you more than once, take the win.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:38 PM
6

Nope, the only people who have ever harmed me are white lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:36 PM
3

This all sounds very woo woo and abnormal.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:36 PM
7

But men seem very bad at that lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:36 PM
1

I just don't understand why you'd see that as a privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:24 PM
1

All preferences are reasonable, provided you can actually enforce your standards. Understandable? Not so much, unless you hold yourself to the same standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:08 PM
2

But why would I want to? I think tradcon women are as much garbage as tradcon men lol Do you guys just not have standards of your own or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 04:00 PM
8

But again...protection from what? Can you give an actual scenario that you'd believe I'd need protection in that I couldn't get from either a woman, or the police?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:59 PM
2

I was raised primarily by conservatives (except for my mom, thank God). Why would anyone be satisfied with zero accomplishments? I've always been ambitious. The opinions of others don't factor in, so long as they aren't discouraging me from being ambitious.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:29 PM
4

What's the difference? It's still better than being told you shouldn't go to college because fewer men will want to impregnate lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:18 PM
7

I agree that not all men are horrendous. But globally, I'm willing to bet it's a majority. Of course, that depends on what you view as horrendous. But as far as a debate goes, it's more useful to take the argument at face value and then ask why we wouldn't just view all men as horrendous, instead of what men actually want: forgive them for their behavior because they think it's biological.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:04 PM
3

What's your source?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:01 PM
2

It's not worthwhile to convince these men that their self-perception is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:58 PM
3

Sorry, not doxxing myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:58 PM
3

In my city it's about half and half.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:57 PM
7

I only call the cops if it's for something that's worth shooting someone for.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:56 PM
10

Nah, those have been the biggest abusers in my experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:46 PM
17

This may come as a shock to you, but not all women are the same. Men like you are categorically revolting to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:46 PM
10

And how do we determine who the good men are?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:41 PM
10

Who or what have you managed to dominate?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:41 PM
15

So men believe their horrendous nature is redeemed by accomplishments? Fascinating.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:35 PM
10

See my above edit. I'd rather just go ahead and be killed.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:34 PM
20

So what would be the best way to determine which men are dangerous? Here's my problem with your argument: I'd rather die than be submissive to a man. So if those are the two options, go ahead and get violent and take me out. But please stop with the half-ass threats about what might happen to me if I'm not nicer to men. It's getting old, it's unattractive, and most of you can't even manage to speak to a woman without getting so nervous you hyperventilate. You're not going to dominate anyone any …
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:31 PM
28

Why would I trust an offer of protection from the group I need protection from?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:23 PM
3

By who? Men who fight (low-class) and women who expect men to fight (also low-class). I haven't seen two people fight in public since high school. That's not normal where I live and where I come from..
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 01:48 PM
2

If you don't want people commenting on your preferences, don't bring them up in public spaces..
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 01:21 PM
6

You really think any of that would make up for not being treated as inferior?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 01:12 PM
1

Which would make sense if aggression was specifically tied to gender. Is that something men are now admitting?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 01:11 PM
0

Oh okay, then that's fine. I wouldn't want to go on the dates at all. It'd be a waste of the guy's time, too, because I'd reject them no matter what.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 06:00 AM
12

Yup. I'd love to be the kind of person someone would think twice about before attacking.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:53 AM
9

Where have I trauma-dumped?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:47 AM
13

I've never had a random stranger come to my rescue in any scenario.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:46 AM
13

And so can women.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:41 AM
13

Trauma dumping annoys me regardless of gender. I go to therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:38 AM
19

The difference is that men are whining about women not caring. I don't think most men are even capable of caring. I'll stick with support from other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:37 AM
13

I don't think you can be aggressive and a victim at the same time. Men who fight are low-class.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:36 AM
13

🤣 yeah, because no woman has ever been told to shut up and stop crying. I'd rather be expected to be a provider than a mother, but the expectation is irrelevant to me either way. I'll do as I please. Men usually complain about people not being nice in the context of them bothering women in public. There's a simple solution to that: mind your business and leave people alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:35 AM
0

Okay but again...would I have to go on the dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:33 AM
13

They're also the majority of perpetrators, which makes me wonder how many of these victims are the type who get into fights in public
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:33 AM
15

That's easy: I'd get sterilized. I'm kid-free anyway. And no one would be telling me I need my husband's permission first. Again, I expect myself to be successful. Everyone else can go fuck themselves Well yeah, I'm female. Many men, probably most, think women are shitty human beings. You clearly do lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:32 AM
1

Yeah but would I have to participate at all?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:28 AM
9

To accommodate your edit: I already expect myself to "make it." That's the fun part about being career-oriented I already have mental health issues. I'm on meds. Why should I give a fuck about society when I can solve my problems myself?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:24 AM
9

I wasn't aware that men can't control where their sperm ends up lol I'll take that risk That's an easy fix: don't be a criminal I've tried before. On which jobs? I have a graduate degree. Are you implying I wouldn't have gone to college? Again, already happened to me. Hopefully, as a man, they'd just punch me in the face instead of sticking their hand up my skirt. I'd rather be killed than sexually assaulted again No one gave a fuck when I was assaulted That sounds like a skill issue. If you can…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:22 AM
13

🤣 I used to get hit for being wrong as a kid. Try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:19 AM
8

So your argument has nothing to do with the post. Thanks for playing lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:18 AM
3

Name a negative that I actually give a fuck about. Hint: lack of sex wouldn't be one lol
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:12 AM
4

Is it mandatory? I don't date strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:06 AM
10

What's your source on the attack stat?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 03:03 AM
10

Being left alone in public? Check. Be encouraged from a young age to focus on my career instead of getting married and making babies? Check. Less fear simply existing in public? Check. Still being a woman, since I'm cis? Check Sign me the fuck up.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:58 AM
5

I mean...men seem visibly more distressed at being single, based on what I've seen in this sub. The statement that women are happier when single is just based on this observation.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:31 AM
2

Last I checked, I'm not required to fuck my boss. She is cute, though
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:19 AM
3

I'm not offended by porn, although I think it's weird to pay for it when there's so much free shit out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:15 AM
10

His feelings are not mine to manage. If he's so hurt, he can end the friendship. I'm not his mother.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/25 02:09 AM

I'm okay with religious people as long as they don't push it on me. If you want to make babies, make babies.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:45 PM
2

I don't consider myself any pill, but my understanding is that the blue pill is just anyone who disagrees with the red pill. From my perspective, the red pill is for men who want to attract a certain type of woman, and I'm not that type.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:20 PM

I don't think there's anything to navigate. I've had crushes on guy friends who rejected me, and I was still introduced to their girlfriends. It's not a big deal, unless you're immature.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:17 PM

Nah, I see art as an expression of something. And I don't give a fuck about AI and whatever it feels the need to express.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:11 PM

Good. I had to go off the mounjaro for a bit because it worked so well that my insurance decided I no longer needed it. But my primary care doctor talked to them, so now I'm just waiting for the prescription to be filled. I was worried I'd put the weight back on, but that shit really changed my relationship with food and hunger.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:35 AM
1

Speaking as a millennial with boomer parents, it's insane that you need older people to help you date.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 06:33 AM

The latter. I need to be more active anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 01:01 AM
1

One of my hookups in college was with a muscly guy. I avoided touching him because it grossed me out. Unfortunately, I didn't see him without his shirt on until after we got into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/25 12:39 AM

Agreed. I've had guys try to date me after casual sex and it was annoying as fuck.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 03:49 PM
16

The leader just sounds like a normal adult
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 12:35 AM

Aw 🥺 keeping the kitty in my thoughts. I dread the day the cat that is essentially my husband's favorite child dies. He's lost fewer pets than I have, so he grieves HARD.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 11:18 PM

The problem with your logic is that it assumes: Women aren't calculated with whether they have casual sex Desire is something to surrender to, rather than control.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 11:16 PM

No handy, how about a blowy?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 11:13 PM

It's not a fantasy. There are men who aren't so desperate to get their dicks wet that they'd lie. Insisting that it's inherent to your gender makes you more of a misandrist than I ever could be.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:52 PM

I haven't been bored since I was a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:51 PM

I can't speak for other women, but I'll make a guy wait until he convinces me he's sincere about the relationship. Some guys check those boxes faster than others.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:47 PM

I'm down for adopting or fostering, but there's no way I'd ever give birth. Gun to my head....I'd take the bullet lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:44 PM

Nah, that's a creepy outlook and makes men sound remarkably evil.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:42 PM

So again: if you don't want to wait, either find a woman who doesn't mind being pumped and dumped, or ask for casual.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:40 PM

If a man is asking for casual sex, what would be the point in making him wait? He's clearly not faking romantic interest lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:35 PM

I give zero fucks about how it makes a man feel to have to wait for sex. I'd rather not get pumped and dumped. If he's that needy, he should ask for a hookup.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:32 PM

The world-building is interesting, but I'm fine just saying that flaky people are worthless.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 10:25 PM

Arguing about it or calling an individual woman a liar because she doesn't match whatever stereotype you've concocted is, in fact, hostile. I'm called a liar here all the time because I'm not part of the supposed hivemind lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 09:24 PM

So if you're easy to ignore, how are people being hostile to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 09:22 PM

That's not hostility, that's just you failing. And that means it's time to change how you're socializing.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 09:15 PM

Are these men exhibiting hostility themselves? I don't care what your problem is...if you take it out on me, I'll return fire.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 09:13 PM
2

Yeah, that doesn't sound like my crowd. My last social excursions were an archaeology lecture, a night market, and a queer-focused burlesque show. The only people I know who I could describe as corporate are men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 09:00 PM
2

Let me guess..do these women look like the type who'd end up on Real Housewives or some sort of reality dating show? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:55 PM
2

And to be clear, I'm not saying there aren't women like that AFTER high school. But that's a type of woman who doesn't really exist in the spaces I socialize in.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:48 PM
2

Sure, but usually when we talk about dressing for other women, we're talking about very explicit reactions. What you describe sounds like something I haven't experienced or cared about since high school.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:46 PM
3

What are you defining as a social setting? I haven't had a female I wasn't related to comment negatively on my clothes since I was in high school. I can't say the same for males lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:37 PM
4

And yet men didn't come up with anything nearly as elaborate and money-making as TRP to combat mental illness, homelessness, or selective service lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:36 PM
5

I think you're focusing too much on the negative. Nothing makes me happier than when a woman says she likes my dress. But if she doesn't like it, how would I know?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 08:26 PM

Oh absolutely. If I wouldn't have been friends with someone in high school when social relationships were even more volatile, I don't think I'd be friends with them as an adult. My experience is that feminine women tend to be very into topics I find trivial (celebrities, social media, influencers, etc).
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 07:25 PM
1

Well I stopped trying to be feminine at a fairly young age (15-17) and leaned into the fact that that's just not who I am. Obviously, career stuff isn't relevant at that age. But it's not particularly feminine to have a career to begin with.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 07:20 PM
1

Well it made things very difficult for me with my family (except for my mom, she's not particularly feminine either). I ended up leaning more on friends growing up. I also learned from a young age to not value attention from men.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 07:15 PM

I think it's the same. Appearance takes work, and since I am not feminine as I was raised to see it, being so is very performative to me. Having to wear makeup, style my hair, remove body hair to wear dresses and skirts and bikinis, be careful about how I sit and walk, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 07:07 PM
5

I don't think that's specific to men. Even as a child, I was raised to see my worth as tied to how feminine, skinny, and attractive I was.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 07:02 PM
7

If the only thing you have to complain about is your dating life, consider yourself incredibly privileged. If the worst things a man ever did to me only ever happened within the context of dating, I might not even be a feminist lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 06:56 PM
0

Based on the conservative women I grew up around: Their role is to keep house and make babies. If a man cannot afford to pay all the bills, that man is deficient. Religion, specifically evangelical Christianity Duty to God, country, family (in that order)
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/25 05:20 PM

I'm flattered you think I was ever that hot, but that's not the case lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 09:57 PM

Wait...why would being bothered by an introvert be helpful to me?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 04:57 PM

As is, just warmed up.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 04:31 PM

I had a Friendsgiving with my former roomies on Sunday, so all leftovers were eaten then
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 04:23 PM

Most feminists aren't as willing to waste their time here like I am.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 03:20 PM

Oh man, you're going to get robbed lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 02:01 PM

No need to get emotional. Have you ever actually participated in an in-person debate?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 01:47 AM

🤣 where do you live that people even use this word offline?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/25 01:46 AM

I've never felt that for a guy I was hooking up with. If he's just a hookup, I don't care about how he feels at all beyond basic consent.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:22 PM

When I think of passion, I think of things that require a safe word to keep either me or my partner from accidentally committing a crime. I think of things that require equipment I certainly wouldn't invest in for someone I'm not actually dating. I think of things that require general planning and preparation.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:12 PM

My suspicion is that the sex you describe as adventurous and passionate is actually quite vanilla.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:08 PM

Like just having to deal with men in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 11:05 PM

Why do you guys insist on using "cuck" to mean everything besides its actual meaning?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 10:28 PM
1

You're the one who said men can't be like women because they're concerned with extinction 🤷🏻‍♀️ are you an NCLB child?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 10:23 PM

And I'm here more for the other gender issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 09:13 PM
1

So even though men are fucking to save the species, they'll still refuse to or they aren't being validated?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 09:13 PM

Happy 17th anniversary to my hubby, here to another 17 🍻
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 09:08 PM
1

How does that challenge what I said? You don't need to be a millionaire to not worry about money. I don't worry about money and I make maybe $45k.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 08:42 PM
1

Not making eye contact, not smiling...basically looking like he wants to be left alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/25 07:10 PM
2

You're the one who sounds extremely in denial here lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 03:55 PM
0

🤣 oh please, if men were fucking to save the species they wouldn't be whining about needing to feel validated or loved
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 06:01 AM

Oh no, I'm more into rewarding.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 06:00 AM
7

You don't need to be ridiculously wealthy to support a family, though. A few of my friend couples include SAHMs and 2-3 kids, and the father makes somewhere between $100-200k. But full disclosure, my city has a pretty low cost of living.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 04:06 AM
3

I had to look him up. Would not bang.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 02:54 AM
11

If that's true, then any man with money should be able to have a family.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 02:52 AM
6

I think there's too much being assumed. I wouldn't consider a woman to be a gold digger unless she's expecting you to pay for her shit. And I do personally find ambition in hobbies very attractive, although I'd probably describe that as being passionate. I know some men who have money but aren't particularly ambitious at all. They picked high-paying careers, but they haven't actually accomplished much beyond getting a degree and a job (things pretty much everyone I know has done).
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 12:31 AM
2

Again, gotta disagree. People are either hot or not for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/25 12:08 AM

This makes men sound very primitive (unless you're going for kid-free). I'll opt to view men in a better light, especially since my husband exists lol
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 11:24 PM
2

Then by your logic, I've never found anyone attractive. So how would you explain me drooling over the thought of my husband's dick?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 11:23 PM
4

Is my mouth drooling at the thought of my husband's dick considered lust?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 11:20 PM

If you aren't going to be objectively the best, then I don't get the concern with being the best. I've never cared whether I was the best my husband has ever had, and I've never put any thought into whether he is. It's been almost 17 years since I fucked anyone else, so I've forgotten most of the other partners anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 11:17 PM
4

It's not a lie, people just work differently. Example: your arousal changes according to looks, whereas I'd never get aroused based on looks alone anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 11:15 PM

Agreed, bad sluts. (Send them my way😈)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 09:04 PM
2

I don't like inferring unless I have to. Assuming I give a fuck, I'll ask them. As others have alluded to, you make it sound like men as a whole just don't care about people.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 08:06 PM
2

Bitch, complain, vent, whine, etc. I'm not into any of that. I like solutions, and I like people who are speaking to me about their problems in an attempt to get a solution (regardless of gender). The only people who I let just vent to me are friends and family.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:28 PM

That just means the choice is easier for them. That doesn't mean that people who are treated badly don't have a choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:25 PM
5

TLDR but I'll go with your first example: What is causing the person to think they are wearing too many clothes? Assuming it wasn't a purposeful act ("Today I am going to wear too many clothes"), why are they thinking this? To me, thoughts aren't interesting. Like you said, they tell me nothing. So why would I worry about them?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:19 PM
2

Yup. I work with veterans daily, and even if I don't care about them individually I still care about their issues more broadly. But if a veteran ever bitched at me about how he's single, I'd ignore him.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:13 PM

Nah, that's just psychotic. If a man, or woman, doesn't have their own ethical code for how to live life and instead bases it on how they're treated, that's entirely on them. I'm more forgiving of that outlook with children, but once you mature you don't have an excuse anymore. Being a good or bad person (however you choose to define that) is a choice you make every time you act or speak .
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:10 PM
8

That's also fine. I don't see why men can't do what women do.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:04 PM

I agree there's nothing wrong with wanting to be the best. But that means you actually become the objective best. Picking a woman with less experience so she won't know any better sounds like someone going to community college just because it's easier and then bragging about having a 4.0.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 06:58 PM
4

If men put as much thought into solving the homelessness crisis as they did getting laid, everyone would be housed by now.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 06:54 PM

I have a higher opinion of men than you do
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 06:51 PM
2

Can you give an example of this existing for the same woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/25 07:38 AM

I'm a cat person, and anyone who describes himself as "jacked" is probably unattractive to me physically.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 07:22 PM
3

I do, and I am one. Granted, I'm kid-free, but I still managed to meet one of the 5% of men who meet my standards when I was 22. The difference is whether you're always dating with intent.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:58 PM

I don't know any woman who's wanted to fuck a man based on looks alone. That's a male thing. At bare minimum, we have to be sure you aren't an embarrassment to be associated with. Sex doesn't usually stay secret, at least not in my social circle. And I've met many hot guys who talked themselves out of sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:49 PM

To add to this: I also think they have a poor understanding of what causes the lust when it DOES happen. I had my first "omg I want to suck his dick" moment with my husband after he demonstrated his intelligence. Simply being hot isn't going to do it for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:46 PM
5

It usually is to preteens lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:45 PM

I'd reject a guy based on that description
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:44 PM
6

Okay, then all men are shit. Brb divorcing the hubs lol
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:35 PM
6

I don't know where you live, but all my millennial friends who wanted kids had them and have had them for almost a decade now.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:22 PM
8

I mean, you can go by what they say 🤷🏻‍♀️ a guy who only supports feminism because he gets laid easier when women have more rights is still superior to an anti-feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:20 PM
7

Can you clarify? I'm referring to men who say things like "fuck feminism, I'd have a wife if we rolled it back."
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:19 PM
11

This was probably my biggest disappointment about men growing up: realizing that whether they support women's rights hinges on whether they can still get dates. NAMALT obviously, because I wouldn't be with my husband if I thought he was like this...but the ones that are are just fundamentally not good people.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:09 PM
1

So how do you expect that to change?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 06:02 PM
3

This is basically what I was going to say. I have a very broad social circle, and even then a lot of their opinions don't matter much to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:52 PM
2

As I said elsewhere, if you'd rather be abused than single, I think you're beyond help.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:35 PM

Ignore my comment, this is the one.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:10 PM
3

I could get behind this outlook. I've never fucked a guy more than once if it was just casual.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:09 PM

Thankful I don't date men who fight, because that's ghetto shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:03 PM
25

Yeah, it's not really surprising that men who could only get a woman due to necessity rather than desire would hate feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 04:58 PM

One with the US Constitution, which guarantees due process to all persons, not all citizens. If you don't like it, vote for the Constitution to be amended or GTFO 😁
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 04:32 PM
2

Most women will justify their behavior based on how the man makes them feel. And you think abusive men don't do the same? lol but that would shrink his available dating pool to essentially nonexistent. If you'd rather be abused than single, you're beyond help.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 04:31 PM

Or they're like me and just unwilling to settle. I can't imagine I'd be able to fully get a man just by a profile..
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:38 PM

If you say so 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:36 PM

Would I be allowed to write down what I experience while still in the past and then have that available to me when I return to the future?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:31 PM

Maybe they should stop snatching people off the street without showing warrants. I don't need to think an immigrant is a saint in order to support due process. That's something specific to the right.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:28 PM

Because they could still be useful for sex 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:25 PM
2

I don't necessarily think they're degenerates or sexist. But I wouldn't want to date any of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:24 PM
1

My husband and I have some somewhere, but we don't have anything that's strictly for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:22 PM

A majority of men are not worth dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:20 PM
4

She's abusing him, so why would be stay with her?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:19 PM

According to who?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 03:18 PM
31

You can't really "advice" yourself into having self-respect. I think a lot of it comes down to how you were raised.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:57 AM

Absolutely not, I'm driving.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:52 AM

I've forgotten most of the men I've fucked, kissed, dated, etc. Every time I try to check my body count, I remember one more. If a woman is describing hookup sex as the best she's ever had, she's insanely vanilla.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:51 AM
1

Creepy.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/25 05:47 AM
3

So your wife was a virgin on your wedding night but you weren't?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:36 PM
3

I think you're confusing hatred with apathy. Most people simply don't register with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:28 PM
2

I think it's creepy to hinge your ethics on what children you have.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:22 PM
2

Creepy but ok
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:19 PM
3

So it's not about your ethics at all. Interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:13 PM
1

I did that in high school a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:13 PM
2

Go for it. I can afford to get an illegal one 😁
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:12 PM
1

Nope, I give zero fucks about men.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:12 PM
6

I don't know that I'd get mad. It just indicates the man doesn't actually care about her as a person, and she should choose or reject him based on whether she's comfortable with that. I'll always choose my career over a man who doesn't care.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/25 08:07 PM
2

Ah, high school
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 09:56 PM
2

That depends on how much you care about sex lol
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 09:43 PM
2

Sure, but if you never even bother to ask then I don't feel sorry for you. Men who let their dicks run their lives don't deserve sympathy.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 09:26 PM
3

Sex for food? Interesting
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 09:24 PM
2

Remember that tonight is Thanksgiving Eve, aka Skanksgiving. While you're home for the holiday, hit the local bar that will still be open and rack that body count up. Or just fuck an ex and keep it the same 😁
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 08:59 PM
-2

Thanks for admitting you aren't actually pro-life lol I have enough to travel, plus I keep abortifacients in my house just in case. And as my husband always says, both staircases in our home are very fall-down-able 😁
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 08:46 PM
11

I was sympathetic on this issue for all of ten minutes, and then I realized that out of all the guys I've ever fucked, only one bothered to ask me what I'd do if I got pregnant. If you're out there fucking pro-life women, you have no one to blame but yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 08:12 PM
2

OR..they just don't date gold diggers. If I'd leave my husband for more money, I'd be an idiot for staying with a man who doesn't pay for any of my stuff at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 06:51 PM
3

Oh okay, no that's never happened. I don't think I've ever had someone bring up sex immediately.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 06:39 PM
1

Whether or not they choose to involve others is their decision, not the other partner's.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 06:35 PM
1

Broadly? Yes. But my interest is in systemic discrimination.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 05:31 PM
1

I can't dictate ethics for someone else, but my own self-improvement hinges on the ideal I have set for myself. It is not impacted by the opinions of others.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 05:25 PM
0

Is collateral damage worth it trying to hurt the most people who will not even be affected by it? Good question, but you'd have to prove that damage is worse to me than whatever the MAGAs are up to. And you think he is a hypocrite yet you act exactly like he does? I've never claimed to care about MAGA. I wrote them off as horrendous people undeserving of anything good in their lives after they stood by a guy who bragged about sexual assault and mocked someone with a disability. I will only be ni…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 05:18 PM
-1

So you acknowledge that being short for men is something hurtful and cruel? For them? Sure. You're missing the part where I'll use whatever I think will hurt their feelings. Example: I'll mock a conservative woman for being divorced or having a bastard child, even though I find neither of those things morally repugnant myself. Trump is a bad guy, he does not pretend to care about body positivity. He pretends to care about women 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:44 PM
5

I don't think they can help it, some of them are just too concerned with sexual rewards and can't see past it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:41 PM
2

Can I answer if I was the one to bring it up on the first sentence? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:39 PM
-1

For the same reason MAGA says most of what they say: it's designed to be hurtful and cruel. Why did Trump tell a reporter "Quiet, piggy"?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:32 PM
2

Nah, fuck MAGA. You can't demand a level of civility you don't reciprocate.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:28 PM
1

The first two are fine. The rest are weird for being heavily manipulative and involving other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 04:26 PM

Nope, I've at best always actively flirted and indicated interest. And I've asked guys out, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 03:27 PM
3

Personally, I'm not conservative, nor do I feel a compulsion to be in relationships. I never think about sex or dating until I meet a potential partner first. And while I wouldn't have had an issue having only one sexual partner in my life, provided they're actually good, there's no way I would have abstained until marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 03:18 PM

Okay in what sense? Unless a guy is trying to date or befriend me, I don't see why he'd care about my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 03:16 PM
4

I think you're overthinking things. The simple reality is that if a bear approached me, I can count on the bear to react exactly how it wants to. With a man, there's a chance of deception.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/25 03:15 PM
4

But he holds himself to the same standard, hence the integrity.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:59 PM
5

But why would be insecure about his body count when his virginity is by choice?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:53 PM
3

Why would a man who is abstaining until marriage be insecure?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:35 PM
4

Sure there is. One man has integrity, the other doesn't.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:28 PM
3

I haven't seen that. Most of them here will tell you they'd be willing to tolerate high-count women if they had higher counts themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:20 PM
4

True, but then they should be low-count themselves. My aforementioned friends would never have considered being with a non-virgin.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 08:03 PM
5

I thought most men cared about body count because they had particular ethics regarding sex, just like my abstaining-until-marriage female friends did. I had no clue there were so many who only care because they're insecure.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:01 PM

Cheese
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 06:00 PM

Because when we tell you you're just failures who will die alone, you get really whiny about it lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:59 PM

It doesn't matter anyway, I probably only have a few dozen left (God willing)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:58 PM

I thought about freezing mine in case I could sell them 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:36 PM
9

I don't date strangers, so I absolutely expect it from someone who's known me for months and had plenty of time to decide whether they're interested in a relationship or just sex. That being said, even with strangers you can state what you hope to get out of knowing them.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 05:21 PM
4

Incorrect. Being attracted to someone doesn't mean you lose self-control and stop vetting. The reality is that you want casual sex, not a relationship, and there's nothing wrong with that. But don't complain about being held to relationship standard when that's what you say you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 04:29 PM
6

They aren't lying, you just don't like what the truth is.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 03:30 PM
8

You do, since you're upset about women treating men the exact same way men treat women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 03:12 PM
5

Why wouldn't I have different standards? They're two completely different actions. Stop making excuses for being a shitty person..
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 03:03 PM
2

Okay, then it's on them to find someone who has the same opinion. Don't ask out women who practice self-control regardless of how attractive the man is lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 02:50 PM
2

I mean, that doesn't really make a difference to me if "the norm" is the type of man I'd describe as shitty..
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 02:49 PM
2

Then why are they asking people out on dates when they just want casual sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/25 02:37 PM
4

If the man is going to throw a bitch fit when he encounters that 0.01% and his strategy doesn't work, absolutely lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 11:21 PM
7

I've never looked for a partner in a general sense. For the times where I've found men attractive and eventually dated them, it took anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 11:18 PM

Nah, I'm not buying that. If a man has the potential to cheat, he's no better than a man who actually does. The only worthwhile men are men who have a chance and reject it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 10:08 PM

I'm old enough to remember Columbine as a current event. Shootings blend together for me at this point lol Whenever there's a new shooting, my husband asks "Which angry white boy was it this time?"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:30 PM

Judging by the interaction I had with a poster who says that any woman unwilling to fuck undesirable men is okay with there being another "ER" it would appear to be an incel who murders lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:20 PM
3

You really hang out around people who give a fuck about liking chocolate? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:13 PM

Not having standards isn't the flex you think it is lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:12 PM

Well friendship is a different deal. I'm talking about committed relationships. And my wording is VERY specific lol Ugly and a bad person: nothing Ugly and a good person: friend Hot and a bad person: nothing Hot and a good person: friend/sex if they want to Hot + good person + all my relationship standards: friend/relationship if they want to
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:04 PM
7

Probably because people don't normally have anything nasty to say about people who like chocolate..?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:01 PM
4

Do you mean that they think men should never approach any woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:56 PM
10

But how is it not obvious? I don't think all men are the same. If I did, I wouldn't try to fuck or date any of them lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:55 PM

To me, a hookup is someone who is attractive but unfit for dating. If I wanted them for dating, there's no way I'd settle for just sex...just like if they're only fit for sex, there's no way I'd settle for dating them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:54 PM
18

You really need someone to be clear with you that not all women are the same or want the same things? Is this an autism thing?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:50 PM
7

I'd never use an app to begin with. I don't date or fuck total strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:49 PM

But this assumes all potential partners are equal, or that they want the same thing. If a guy asks for a date, I'm going to vet him very differently than if he just asks for sex. And my hookup guys and date guys don't overlap, so it's not like you really have a chance of being both.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:43 PM
2

Never date or fuck strangers.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:29 PM

Apparently some incel murderer.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:28 PM

Men who are actually successful with women also give up being with other women when they settle down 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:27 PM

I'm not the one blaming women for the actions of men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:59 PM

I don't remember hearing about him at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:56 PM

Pretty sure he's so obsessed with ER that he'll be the next one lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:40 PM

I know, isn't it great?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:27 PM
3

They can't be honest with themselves about what they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:20 PM

Oh okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:16 PM

Not really, I have more anxiety about continuing to exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:10 PM

...ok, who is ER? I'm assuming it's a terrorist or something. Because I see it and I'm like "Omg I watched that show with my mom, RIP Dr. Greene"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 07:07 PM

Same. I'd rather be dead than fuck a pathetic man, so it seems less messy to not fuck him and have him kill me anyway. Plus, I'm married 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:53 PM

And likewise, you're okay with it as well 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:50 PM

🤣 if men want to threaten women into fucking them, they'd just be doing what's been done for thousands of years. You guys really need new material.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:48 PM
1

It's not a privilege to not be desperate. Being desperate is a defect. I think women who can't handle being single are just as pathetic as men who can't handle being single lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:45 PM

What would one of these men be willing to pay for a "yes"? Because I think the Bunny Ranch still exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:41 PM
1

It's not that scary. I've asked men out before (always friends, never strangers) and been rejected. Rejection is a part of life. That's why I don't understand why men complain about it so much. If it's that horrible, don't do it the same way women don't. You guys really need to reign in your desperation.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:35 PM

If you're going to quote me, grow some balls and tag me next time lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:30 PM
1

It's not a crime, you guys are just upset that we don't give a fuck about your opinions like you give a fuck about ours. (And even then, you only give a fuck because sex)
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:24 PM

Can't have it both ways. If men don't like the responses they're given they should complain to other men.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:21 PM

Agreed, I'm just going to start telling those men that they failed and there's nothing they can do.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:02 PM

Sure, as long as he is BP or no pill. I'd rather FGM myself than fuck a RP boy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 06:00 PM
1

Then go tell them they're lying 🤷🏻‍♀️ not my monkeys, not my circus
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 05:59 PM
1

Men here have explicitly stated they'll fuck women they aren't attracted to. I generally take men at their word lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 05:56 PM
0

Back in my day (early 00s), we would have called her a stupid ho.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 05:52 PM
1

Not really. The point is that men will fuck women they aren't attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 05:49 PM
1

But you realize we still vet men as you describe even when the men ask us out first, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 04:25 PM
1

None of the men I used as dildos were unattractive to me. They just didn't meet my dating standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:17 PM
10

It's not our problem you can't say no to us lol Grow a backbone
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:09 PM
0

<insert brain rot term here>
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:08 PM
1

Why would I even date someone I feel like I need to wait that long for?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:07 PM
2

Men lie to get laid 🤷🏻‍♀️ not all men, obviously, but I'd rather miss out on a good man than be used by a bad one..
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:07 PM
1

Sure, I'm not desperate to find someone. Why would I put effort into something that isn't a necessity for me?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:05 PM
12

Exactly, you have to have standards even when it doesn't happen often.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 02:06 AM
7

That makes no sense. He's talking about women, and I'm a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:46 AM
11

Well yeah, all relationships are personal. What other women are willing to tolerate has no bearing on my standards lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:41 AM
10

I don't like men who are dishonest or who hide their intentions lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:38 AM
3

Quoi?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:35 AM
5

So in this scenario, is the woman the athlete or the school/coach?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:33 AM
6

🤣 and are those athletes choosing those institutions because they really desire them, or because the better ones don't want them?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:27 AM
8

You'll notice that none of what you said indicates whether the man views the woman as unique, really likes her, or would make an effort to seek her out.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:19 AM
2

Your reality ignores the fact that people of any gender can choose to just be single.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:16 AM
7

🤣 because I can enforce standards?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:14 AM
4

A backbone for what? I don't date or fuck any man I'm not actually attracted to, and I'd rather die alone than do so. Can you say the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:13 AM
7

🤣 that just sounds like you want women to be as desperate as men are.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 12:11 AM
7

Sure, because it was created by women. Men are free to create their own body positivity movement, but the reality is that men only really care about the issue in terms of sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:44 PM
12

I would imagine a guy who got asked out would feel at minimum appreciative That's not a valid reason to say yes to a date.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:42 PM
7

Which is why you pay more attention to man's actions over words. Or does that same courtesy only work for women? I'll do that before asking the guy out. I'm not going to give him a chance to lie to me. You are only fine with that because you have more options and men will make them for you Then men should grow backbones and stop being so desperate.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:37 PM
18

Sure, but then you have the added issue of a man doing his best to hide things because he knows you're interested. Vetting is a lot easier when the man doesn't even know he's being considered.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:34 PM
10

You can do all that and still not bother with asking men out yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:33 PM
11

This is a cute negging attempt, but you're forgetting one thing: men are far more desperate than women are.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:31 PM
20

What does decentering have anything to do with it? Wouldn't a major part of decentering be to not take any initiative with men yourself and let them come to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:30 PM
10

🤣 right, because if there's one thing men are known for, it's being honest about wanting just sex and not faking any level of romantic interest to get it. I agree, there are other ways to vet for that. But never asking a man out is one of those ways. I don't see why I need to give men a chance to prove me wrong, especially if I'm fine being single.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:29 PM
10

If that's what you're saying, I agree. Men rarely say that. At best, you might get a "Let's see where this goes."
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:24 PM
16

If you can't choose to be single instead of being with someone you don't actually want, that's a failure on your part.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:21 PM
12

The solution is to vet thoroughly if you ARE going to ask a guy out. I'd never cold-approach, for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 11:21 PM

Birth control
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 10:06 PM
43

I'm starting to think that most complaints from men can be summed up as "Please be okay with how shitty we are" lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 10:03 PM
10

Yes, and they work better because you're being dishonest. To me, there is no acceptable level for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 10:02 PM

I have a PCOS tummy and used to get called fat by boys once I went through puberty (despite weighing 100lbs 🙄). Only liposuction would really get rid of it, and even then my understanding is that it comes back after a while..
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 10:00 PM
81

I don't necessarily agree with it, but other women in the sub have pointed out that men are more likely to say yes to a date with a woman they aren't actually attracted to, because they're desperate and still willing to fuck women they think are ugly. As a woman whose biggest concern when single was not wasting her time with dead-end interactions.....that'd be a problem for me..
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:51 PM
12

Everyone's asking you to define "better" but I'm going to ask you to define "seek." If your partner isn't doing what you want them to do, leave them and seek someone else. Don't stay in the relationship and constantly bitch and berate them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:45 PM
2

I think you're confusing queer and queer-friendly. My neighborhood bar is queer-friendly, but a majority of the couples who come in are still cishet-presenting. A real queer space is one in which a cishet person is visibly in the minority and would be present as an ally at best and a tourist at worst (like cishet women going to gay bars for bachelorette parties).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:35 PM
2

Okay, so you consider every space you exist in to be queer? Regardless of how many other queer people there are or whether it's a private residence?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:23 PM
5

🤣 speaking as a queer woman, no we do not consider every space we exist in to be queer. Are you even queer yourself?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:18 PM
7

I think you're conflating queer spaces and women-only spaces too much. I don't know where you live, but in most American cities, queer spaces are dying because it's not really bad to be queer anymore in those environments. As far as I know, my city's last lesbian bar closed over a decade ago and no one's called for a replacement..
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 08:54 PM
8

TERF became an insult the same way incel did. And it's even funnier when you call a tradcon woman a TERF, because they'll get insulted at being called a feminist lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 08:10 PM

Good, hopefully they'll start taking care of each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 08:06 PM
9

I think you're overestimating how many feminists are TERFs, or even radfems.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 08:04 PM
34

The issue is that you're still ultimately hiding or downplaying your intentions in the hopes of getting sex. You're admitting that you don't actually respect a woman's right to reject you based on what you want, and that's a serious red flag.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 07:53 PM

Aw. My hubby is playing it currently.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 07:34 PM

Hades 2?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 03:51 PM

I have no clue. I remember being told about what boys would and would not like about my appearance when I was a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:55 AM
1

I disagree, but I'm not tradcon.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:39 AM
1

Being insecure is a choice, because you can either address the insecurity or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:39 AM
1

Life is too short to be insecure.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:08 AM
1

If it's just flirting, then no I wouldn't be bothered. I don't consider that cheating.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:04 AM
1

My husband and I have both dealt with situations where we weren't intending to flirt ..we were just being nice and the other person got the wrong idea. So no, it doesn't bother me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:01 AM
1

I'm not seeing how the difference is that important. He's obtaining a partner by spending his money on her. He'd be ridiculously naive to assume she actually likes him as a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 05:00 AM
2

I use "abs" to mean the stomach area in general (my favorite part of a guy's body). But gun to my head, if I had to choose between a fat guy with gorgeous eyes or a skinny guy with fucked up teeth, I'm going with the former.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 04:56 AM
3

Unless he's going to be perpetually topless so I can stare at his abs instead of his face...face will always matter more to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 04:38 AM
2

Mashed potatoes (my grandmother's recipe) and gravy, mac and cheese, green beans with bacon, stuffing (being made by someone else), BLT dip, and rolls. Dessert so far is cheesecake dip and a pie my husband grabbed (I forget what kind, but knowing him it has peanut butter).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 04:34 AM
1

I mean, you either finance your partner or you don't. My husband expects me to contribute financially. Any level of me asking for his money would be a red flag for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 04:32 AM
5

We're hosting Thanksgiving. I'll be briefly entering my homemaker era (minus the valium, unfortunately).
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 11:42 PM
1

I'm guessing the people who complain are also the ones who date in a more active fashion. When you don't really care and don't give someone much of a chance unless they absolutely wow you from the start, you're less likely to deal with bad dates. I've only ever had one bad date in my life. It was a blind date, and it's what taught me to never date strangers 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 11:35 PM
5

Honestly, I have no idea who these people are and I don't want to. If he's unhappy with the arrangement, he should leave her. That being said, I don't understand why men get themselves into these situations to begin with and then complain about it after.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 11:25 PM
1

Well I don't want it to be an effort at all. I'm the kind of person who doesn't feel like they need a relationship, I want a man who feels the same (my husband definitely meets that standard). Plus, people who are high-maintenance get on my nerves and I can't stand the thought of becoming that kind of person lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 11:01 PM
8

So? Why do you assume all women think the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 10:57 PM
4

Absolutely. I was madly in love with my first sexual partner. But it didn't work out 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 08:41 PM
1

But at some point, you have to have enough integrity to reject the practice.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 08:39 PM
1

But you're still paying. I've never made a guy pay for me on the first date. In fact, I've rejected guys for insisting they paid. It's an archaic view of romance that I want nothing to do with.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 08:39 PM

For me? Want or have kids, be religious, don't go to college.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 12:21 AM

Be physically attractive but unfit for dating
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 12:18 AM
6

So here's the problem I have with this: at some point, a woman does have to make the decision to stay or leave. Unless she is being locked inside the home and forbidden from speaking to anyone, she has opportunities. My ex-stepmom was abused by my dad for years, and every family dinner was the same: she'd talk to me about it, and I'd tell her to get the fuck out or at least press charges. But she never wanted to. And at some point, you stop seeing her as a victim and start seeing her as a partic…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 09:18 PM
5

Well that's just stupid. If you need to spend money on someone for them to like you, they don't actually like you....they just like your money. And if you're okay with that, that's absolutely your prerogative. But I think a guy who would be okay with it doesn't have much self-respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 08:59 PM
5

See, this is what I'm talking about. I don't get the point of the distinction. If you need a man to pay for your shit, you're selling yourself no matter what. I was raised to always make sure I am financially independent, and to never need a man for anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 08:30 PM
13

I've stated before that I think women who expect a man to pay for dates aren't really different from sex workers, and men will be the first to say "No that's not true."
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 08:18 PM
6

🤣 this is always said by a man who equates love with lust. Men will never understand what it's like to love someone they don't want to have sex with.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 08:17 PM
4

Omg really?! /s And you're a man, which means you've convinced yourself that you can't live without whichever woman lets you hit it raw lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:56 PM
4

Sure, but people use it to communicate the general sentiment. I'd never say I can't live without someone or something unless I genuinely believe that I would suffer immensely without them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:45 PM
16

There are two areas: If it's an issue that has nothing to do with dating or consensual sex, I'm generally supportive if the man isn't taking it out on me (which is rare) I criticize gold-diggers here all the time, and yet men are the first ones to defend them...I assume it's because they can't admit to themselves that they're essentially paying women to hang out around them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:35 PM
7

So does that mean you're going to off yourself when your mom dies, because you can't live without her? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:31 PM
13

So ...you're mad women are rejecting your gift? Is it from the dollar store?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:29 PM

I'm trying to go to as many women-only businesses as possible. My mechanic hires some men but is woman-owned. My dentist office is all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:27 PM

They can't fathom not wanting to attract as many people as possible, because they're wannabe sluts. I'm at the point where I've purposefully changed my appearance to incorporate things men say they aren't attracted to lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:25 PM

That's fucking adorable. I'll be getting it tonight
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:24 PM
8

Ah, there it is. You think you're entitled to sex. That's why you're so upset lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:21 PM
15

But we WANT you to stop. Don't you see how pathetic this makes you? lol We like to fuck and date men with self-respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:17 PM
26

I always say this, and they never do 🥺
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:07 PM
11

Um...I absolutely don't mind being alone. I'm currently married, but that's because my husband was worth it. I'm not sure how many other men out there are like him, but I doubt that the lightning will strike me twice. And I'm with him out of desire, not necessity. I think you're projecting your desperation
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:06 PM
1

in your room I'm at work, boo boo. Are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 07:01 PM
0

🤣 then check out of society. I'm so bored with the whole "We'll let civilization collapse if you won't date us" threat, and I'm happy to call your bluff. If you're really just doing it for the pussy, then society deserves to fail.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 06:43 PM
4

Should I objectify a man who doesn't wear a shirt?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:53 PM

Agreed. I had my first "Omg I want to suck his dick" moment with my now-husband about five months before I actually did it.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:51 PM

Possibly. My point is that what is average has no bearing on what is attractive. Example: I'm not attracted to men who have necks as thick as their heads. If I woke up tomorrow and all men suddenly had necks as thick as their heads, then I would find no man attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:34 PM

Being average doesn't mean you can't be ugly. I don't know where men get this idea that the average man must be attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:18 PM

Well I am a witch so.........
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:17 PM

Why would I? I love almond milk.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:06 PM

Okay, then maybe you're just ugly 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:04 PM

I think it's the hair. And something about the smile.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:04 PM

I'm all about functional exercise. I hate working out for its own sake.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:46 PM

Okay then let me be more specific...if a person I am not already friends with asks me out, I'm saying no regardless of how hot he is.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:45 PM

Doesn't matter, I'm not attracted to the preppy look.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:44 PM

It could be your style. I'm not dating anyone in chinos lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:38 PM

When it becomes more about looks than health.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:38 PM

I mean, this guy is cross-eyed and I'm pretty sure most people aren't regardless of their other features. You know it's entirely possible for the average person to be ugly, right? I don't understand where men got this idea that attractiveness is affected by what the average person looks like.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:37 PM

And I see a guy who looks like that and think "Yeah he's a douche" and won't even give him a chance lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:00 PM

...you know we laugh at guys with the same timbre as when we laugh with them, right? It's hard to feel sorry for men who try this hard to hurt their own feelings.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:55 PM

That hasn't been my experience. All of my hookups have happened at parties.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 01:26 PM
4

I'm doing fine financially, and I don't think men are really capable of respecting women. (EDIT: NAMALT of course, but enough that I don't feel being nice to men when they haven't earned that) What else do you have?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 05:19 AM
8

Yes, good job. So you're saying your post is not critical?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 05:14 AM

Giving your life to them? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 05:02 AM
8

The definition of the word is "showing a critical or disrespectful attitude." You're definitely not respectful in your post, either. Here's a better question for you: what would women get in exchange for being nicer to men online?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:58 AM

Ironically, his grammar is still pretty poor.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:55 AM
9

Absolutely. Are you not being critical?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:42 AM

As I said, that'd be settling. If I want to date someone, I'm not going to settle for just sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:38 AM
14

So I should take your word that this post isn't intended to denigrate women? Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:37 AM
3

So if life is inherently harmful, a good person would self-delete, correct?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:13 AM
1

I debate because I enjoy it, not because I care about changing anyone's mind. If I wanted THAT kind of debate, I'd have these conversations in person because I don't take internet-based interactions that seriously. For all I know, all of you could be bots or liars.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:12 AM

Dodged a bullet then. I'd rather be single than played lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:05 AM

Then we're very different. If I hook up with a guy, I've already ruled him out for dating. Having casual sex with someone I want to date would essentially be me settling for less than what I want.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:04 AM
23

This just comes across as you doing what you're complaining about women doing. Did this post make you feel valuable?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 04:02 AM

My mom's basic rule was not to do anything illegal until I turned 18, so that it wouldn't become her problem. But she also made it clear that if I fucked up, she wasn't coming to my rescue. My mom and I both have no tolerance for obviously stupid decisions.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:58 AM

No, but I'm having trouble visualizing what you're talking about lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:57 AM

Merci!
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:54 AM

Would you date someone you already hooked up with?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:51 AM

Being attracted to someone doesn't mean I throw the rest of my standards out the window lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 03:50 AM

What's being exchanged?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:50 AM

It's not always about looks. I knew by age 16 that I'd never date a stranger, so any who cold-approached wasn't getting anywhere with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:50 AM
7

Okay, so how is the world "inherently harmful"?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:38 AM

The early 00s were also my day and...sorry, but I and all the friends I had at the time hated it too. We used to keep track of how many guys bothered us at the mall. Whoever got bothered by the most won. We just didn't feel confident enough to tell the guy to go away, because who knew how he'd react 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:36 AM

No, but I don't think they're conditional in the sense that there's always something a person can do to make me not want to associate with them anymore. I tend to associate with people simply because I like them, not for what they do for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:30 AM

My husband and I share a room and bed, but I turned one of our spare bedrooms into a gym/giant walk-in closet. I enjoy having my own space I can be in.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:28 AM

If a guy asks me out on a date, he's not getting laid until I know he isn't faking it for sex. If you want instant sex, it's better to pursue a hookup.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:27 AM
9

Let's start with...what is your definition of evil?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:27 AM

Are you going to die if you don't get laid?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:26 AM

...responded to like a pathetic man lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:25 AM

Not everyone is that desperate to settle down with anyone who gives them a chance. My mom had that kind of outlook due to low self-esteem, and that's how she ended up in an abusive marriage for 11 years. At some point, you have to give enough fucks about yourself to realize that being single actually is better than being with a substandard partner. And if you can't do that, at least acknowledge that that's a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:23 AM

But what do you hope to gain from it? I just don't get criticizing someone's standards uninvited. Just because a woman is single, that doesn't mean she's even looking to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 02:20 AM

🤣 there's a difference between trying to change your sexual orientation and just not fucking someone you aren't attracted to. At the very least, stop presenting being lusted after as something of value. We can't even be sure you find us attractive, so why should we be flattered that you want to fuck us?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 12:12 AM

I think that's a copout. I've met plenty of men with standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/25 12:08 AM

God I hope that's a euphemism for something lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 11:41 PM

But how can you even be aroused with that person? The thought of fucking a guy I find unattractive makes me physically ill.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 11:09 PM

Well considering I don't follow the rules as a woman, why wouldn't I want a partner who is the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 11:07 PM

Then masturbate or buy a fleshlight. Stop hitting on us and pretending you even care about anything beyond the hole lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 11:05 PM

Stop trying to fuck us if we're so horrible.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 11:04 PM

We're going to need you to define "bad boy" because I've seen men use it to describe everyone from criminals to guys who stay out past curfew lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:55 PM

If you're so desperate for sex that you'd fuck someone who you don't even find attractive, you're either damaged or a sex addict.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:54 PM

There's a difference between more/less attraction and no attraction whatsoever lol If you'll fuck just anyone who lets you, then your attention and attraction are of no value. It's hard enough avoiding men who lie about wanting a relationship just for sex. Now we have to try to figure out if you're lying about finding us attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:52 PM

I know, it made me second-guess literally every encounter I've had with one lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:50 PM

But why are you still fucking women you aren't attracted to? Do men have any idea how pathetic that sounds?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:28 PM

Stop complaining about how picky we are when men admit to fucking women they aren't even attracted to. Desperation isn't aspirational.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 10:15 PM

As an aspiring librarian, I hope she's cheating on him.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 09:55 PM

I don't really care. I watch porn, too 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 05:30 PM

They can't really do much, the guy got elected 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm getting through it thanks to the posts in the "Leopards Eating Faces" sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 05:23 PM

Fair, I shouldn't speak for other women. But if you go to the body-count thread on this sub, it's fairly unanimous that high-count women like men who don't have any sexual hangups.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 02:10 PM

I don't think anyone gets offended unless you're calling us sluts and whores. Just like you don't want a high-count woman, we don't want men who care about body count at all. I'd dump a guy just for asking, even if I met his standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 01:58 PM

Then they shouldn't complain. It's no one else's problem that they're desperate and afraid of being alone. No one else has to cater to that, except the poor soul who dates that person.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 01:11 PM

Same. My husband games but also bathes himself lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 02:41 AM

His libido is lower than mine 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 02:39 AM

I offered the hubby a blowjob (I'm not in the mood for anything being done to me) but he said no 🥺
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 02:06 AM
6

I agree with all except: It makes every accusation suspect and erodes people believing women when SA does happen. Women being SAed is already not taken seriously even when it's proven that the man did what she claims he did.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 12:53 AM

Okay, but there's a secret option C: stay single until you meet someone who is both physically attractive and has a flawless personality. What you're describing is what I call desperation. And someone being desperate is their own issue to solve.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 12:48 AM

I disagree, but we first need to define what a bad personality is. That's not universal. There are personality traits my friends look for that I absolutely cannot stand, and vice versa. Same goes for looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:59 PM
4

I think my husband is the only man I trust to the extent that I trust women. But he earned that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:32 PM

I did airbrush in high school, which was really fun
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:28 PM
12

Do you not get a paycheck for your work? I'm talking about interpersonal communication lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:24 PM
9

Who's pressuring you more than they're pressuring women?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:23 PM
8

We aren't desperate because we don't need you the same way you need us. We make our own money...we have strong platonic friendships...we have vibrators.... What else can you, a man, give me that I need?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:22 PM
6

You sure that's the same selection of women? There are plenty of non-feminists out there for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:21 PM

I haven't 🤷🏻‍♀️ you forget, this was pre-OLD. Normal people don't just ask people how tall they are lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:12 PM
8

We also whine when what we want is for the man to just get the fuck away from us
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:11 PM

No clue, you'd have to ask him.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:11 PM
10

Where did I complain? I just pointed out that men must not have any real problems if they can turn being single into a civil rights violation lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:09 PM
5

Having empathy doesn't mean I act on it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:08 PM

I've never asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:06 PM

My friend says he looks like Matt Smith in The Crown.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 10:06 PM

What do you define as Chad? My husband is over 6' (I think), has a strong jaw, and had such easy access to casual sex when he was single that he'd reject a woman if he wasn't in the mood lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 09:53 PM

🤣 if you ask for a relationship but only want sex, you are in fact lying.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 09:33 PM
12

drive men to suicide Ah, there it is. Sorry, but women aren't driving men to suicide just because we aren't pity-fucking them..
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 09:03 PM
12

I show men as much empathy as they show me. Ever seen what men say to a suicidal woman? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 08:45 PM
16

I doubt any woman in the world is expecting you to focus on anything lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 08:38 PM
13

So if you admit women aren't as desperate as men, what's with all the complaining?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 08:38 PM
10

Right, it's much more privileged to want to kill yourself for other reasons 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 08:37 PM
21

Then find a woman who is as desperate as you are. I'd never kill myself for a lack of dick lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:58 PM
9

And what's the rate for being SAed?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:57 PM

Again, we aren't trying to change people's preferences lol Also, whether you're a whore or not is irrelevant. Men who care about body count are prude and, for me, unfit for dating. Even if I met a guy's standard, I'd leave him just for asking.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:32 PM

Men are just not caring about female approval or validation anymore. And I think that's awesome. You're saying it like I should be sad lol Let's see how that benefits them now. All the women I know who wanted relationships have them...and got them pretty easily and early (most of my friends were married by 25). And that's mostly because they wanted kids. I really think you view men as more special than they are. At best, you're still useful for breeding....but I'm kid-free lol That's how you sou…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:25 PM

You're the one complaining about what women are saying about you 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:16 PM
16

🤣 that situation already existed. So you're basically arguing that unless we're nicer to men, men won't change. It's not our job to make you a better person. You're responsible for who you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:10 PM
24

It's neither. My goal is to let other women know they aren't alone in this, that they have people who love and support them and (most importantly) who believe them. I think most men are like you, so I believe it's futile to see them out as allies in this issue. Men will always believe that being accused of a crime is worse than being the victim of a crime.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:03 PM

🤣 it's a debate sub. If you want a safe space to discuss your preferences, the RP sub is the place for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 07:00 PM
14

What do you believe my goal is? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:56 PM

Again I already use this as an example in the post. 😂 Sure, but how many men are actually doing it? Are they just threatening to do it for attention and sympathy? A serious benefit of feminism is that many women have gotten to the point where we don't need a relationship with a man to get by. I don't see men aspiring to that. How is that be a men issue related to having sex? Why would you need to worry about being a working daddy if you aren't a daddy? So this point doesn't make sense, when it c…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:56 PM
28

Considering my first experience with sexual assault, I absolutely use the phrase. It was devastating to be told getting SAed at 12 was my fault because I was wearing a skirt. Sorry, but I give more fucks about women like me than men like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:50 PM

Really? How many of these discussion threads have been started by prude men who supposedly don't want us? (Or are you admitting y'all think you're high-value and we should want to abstain for you?)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:49 PM
24

It's funny and ironic how feminists love to use the "not all men" argument when it comes to men dying in wars or working dangerous jobs. And men like to use "not all women" when it comes to choosing who to fuck, but how many of you are still fucking us evil feminists? lol There is nothing sexual about stay at home dads lol ...oh God, do I have to tell you how babies are made? I won't be surprised if you put divorce and alimony in the dating category too. Absolutely. You're complaining about an a…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:47 PM
28

You're absolutely right, I ignore the examples of exploitation just like I ignore examples of fraud when I support things like SNAP and Medicaid. They have no bearing on whether I support those social efforts 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:40 PM

This is a bit delusional. None of us want prude men. We just like mocking you the same way y'all mock us 🥰
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:33 PM
32

When is the last time anyone was drafted in your country of residence? Men aren't required to do dangerous jobs. All the men in my life have cushy white-collar careers where the biggest threat is a paper cut. Everything else is about dating and sex, though.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:30 PM
43

What's fascinating about this is that all of your issues center on dating and sex. Men are remarkably privileged to treat such issues like human rights crises.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:25 PM
0

Where in the initial NYT article does it say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:06 PM
8

I'm not debating that. I think any reason to leave is a good reason, because no one is entitled to a relationship. I'm talking about what OP said.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:05 PM
0

I've never seen anyone bring up the Bystander Effect for one gender alone. Even with the most famous example (Kitty Genovese), gender was irrelevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 06:02 PM
5

Okay so if you agree all love is conditional, what are we debating?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 05:48 PM
4

Okay, then that love is conditional 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 05:27 PM

To someone who goes for trying to actually fix their problems, it sounds like either laziness or being in denial.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 04:56 PM

Why would you want people to cater to your insecurities instead of actually dealing with them? It's like saying you're an alcoholic and want someone who loves alcoholics instead of just not drinking lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 04:34 PM
4

My point is that loving someone only if they have sex with you isn't loving someone for who they are. And all things being equal, I'd rather be loved for my money or intelligence than for my genitals.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 03:56 PM

Agreed. Most people aren't going to tell you why they're rejecting you. They'll just reject you and move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 03:50 PM

You should be less concerned about what she's felt for other people and more concerned with getting whatever it is that you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 03:15 PM

Can't speak for my ex-stepmom, but with my mom she just had low self-esteem and was willing to put up with the abuse because she didn't think she could do any better. She only left when his attention started to shift to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 03:08 PM

My dad has two failed marriages and two failed suicide attempts. That's nothing to aspire to lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 03:02 PM

🤣 yes but she wants nothing to do with men.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:49 PM

Yup, she was more of a popular girl than I was.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:29 PM

I had the opposite issue. My mom dated more than I did, so I couldn't hide anything from her..
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 02:20 PM
1

I haven't seen people fight in person since high school, and those kids weren't exactly the brightest. I'd be embarrassed as fuck if my man got into fights.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 01:57 PM
1

What shithole do y'all live in where men are expected to protect random women they don't know?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 01:49 PM
7

Tell a man who's interested in you that you won't have sex with him. See how much he loves you then lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 01:32 PM
5

My husband and I had already been living together for about a decade before we got married, so not much changed in a practical sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/25 01:30 PM
4

I love my husband. But the status of wife? I could take or leave it. We weren't planning on getting married originally.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 11:41 PM
29

I love being married, but that's due to who my husband is. Most men don't meet my standards, and I'd rather be single than be with any of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 11:32 PM

You don't get equity/equality when you're asking for two different things. If you want casual sex, don't ask for a date (and vice versa). No one wants to fuck a liar.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 11:25 PM

That's a very good question.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 11:23 PM
4

Are these men who want "sexual help" from women content with knowing the women don't actually find them attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 08:55 PM
1

Then don't whine about being made to wait 🤷🏻‍♀️ y'all are the desperate ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 08:41 PM

This is why I don't fuck with tradcon men. None of you even make enough money to pay me to not work lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 08:36 PM

Hi, married woman here. No, only trashy married women who are unhappy in their own marriages gossip about single women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 08:31 PM

Our new bisexual king 💅🏻
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 07:52 PM

And plenty of women and men still believe that your spouse is entitled to sex and, therefore, can never be accused of rape. That's what I was raised on as a child. I don't know why you think my moral code was magically changed the minute the law was changed lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:46 PM

The American men here still whine about being drafted, something that hasn't happened in six decades 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:38 PM
14

Nah, being kid-free is awesome.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:26 PM

Yup, I was born in 1986 and was heavily pressured by most of my family to marry and make babies as soon as possible. Only my mom really supported my desire to prioritize my career and never have kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:21 PM

That's your rebuttal? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:14 PM

Then substandard men shouldn't have an issue 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:13 PM

And those people are free to date someone for that reason alone. Personally, I'd rather have a roommate instead of being with a substandard guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 06:03 PM

Are you forgetting about sociocultural pressures? Also, the US didn't criminalize marital rape until the 1990s.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 05:50 PM

I think most men have always been undesirable. Women are just in a better position to remain single now. We can have our own careers and earn our own money. If we pick a man, it's because we want him...not because we need him.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 05:41 PM

My teeth are awesome, minus the coffee and tobacco staining.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 05:37 PM

(Hopefully without doxxing myself) I wrote a few dozen articles for a series on the Byzantine Empire, an article on the smallpox epidemic during the American Revolution, and a chapter in an anthology about war and disease. I also wrote some content for an online course module on the Roman Empire.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 05:31 PM

Yes. I see it as a tit-for-tat thing. I've never body shamed as an initial criticism, but if I find out that the person body shames others, I'm absolutely doing it to them because it'll probably hurt them and that's the goal. I don't have one myself, but I love the content where it's just a woman posting an insult from a man alongside a photo of that man. They're always infinitely uglier than the women they go after.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 05:14 PM

I just noticed that my dating anniversary with my hubby is coming up soon. Here's to 17 years and many more 🍻
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/25 03:12 PM
