1	I recently re-read "Models" by Mark Manson and took detailed notes. I have compiled a study guide to help anyone else who wants to quickly review the book. Why? I’m not trying to argue, just genuinely curious. Being good to our friends is being good to us. I want to clarify that you should only do this if she is not a part of the conversation. ie you are in one room and she is another. It takes a certain kind of woman to want/appreciate a man to stand up for her when she is capable of doing it herself (I would HATE it).
