Yes, I've been that guy, repeatedly (I love having a wing girl, so I reciprocate). The girls I've winged for are limited mostly by their approach anxiety. In my experience, it's enough to open for her, though not with "my friend thinks you're cute" or something like that which, as a guy, I hate having done to me (high investment, moment-ruining, lame). Comment on a common thread, throw out a cheers if you're at a bar, whatever, as long as you're high energy (not to sound like I'm coaching you on…

I'm not totally clear on what you're asking, but I think it's "should I ask her why she was so cold/flaked on me?" If so, then no, don't ask her. If you were in a relationship then yeah, communication is key. With that in mind, you went on one date so she surely doesn't owe you an explanation. You feel like she's better than the rest, but look at what she just did to you/how she did it. And yet you're looking for her validation, despite the shitty way she acted. If you chase her in the early sta…

If it's applicable you could also try getting closer to the girls you're speaking with. That'll save your voice, as well as letting you kino and all that good stuff. As a singer/school teacher, I have to project my voice all the time. If you're experiencing pain in your throat then it's from tension, which means you're yelling (not good). If you support properly you shouldn't have any pain, and you won't lose your voice as quickly. Since I'm assuming that you play guitar, maybe you could try som…

Your post reads like something I may have written myself at one point, so understand that I'm coming from a place of support with this: if you can't admit what is wrong with you and own it, you'll never make the progress you want. Don't deflect blame; all the introversion tests in the world don't absolve your responsibility to yourself. Introversion is not your problem. As you make positive changes in your life, your confidence will grow. You will ruminate less, you will regret less. Check out s…

Post to /r/askseddit. Also, include some clarification about what you feel the problem is. My first reaction to "just how" was "just do it". Help us to help you.

If there is no point in approaching her then it seems that you don't feel you've got any value to give. You're also not being outcome independent. You should be able to talk to her simply because you want to meet her, not because of what you want from her.

Teasing is one thing, but belittling is another. The "ten" doesn't need to make other people feel bad because he's confident. He's a leader and thus brings out the best in others, instead of shoving them beneath him. He doesn't care about small slights, because he's not threatened by them. That said, he doesn't compromise on what he believes is right. He isn't concerned about things like people not liking him, because he loves himself and has a group of people he respects that do also. Sorry if …
