She feels threatened bc she can see you're competent and going places so she's attempting to manipulate and degrade you in order to make herself feel better. Had female managers do that to me in the past many times

There's no even playing field with the current state of gendered law and politics. Women can flaunt sexuality and have diversity quotas all while not sharing an equal portion of the workload and getting paid the same. Segregated workplaces would show the awful truth. Men are more productive and support all of the businesses while women struggle to contribute enough to not be an enormous net loss to productivity

If eating is your problem try starting meals with carrots or spinach. They have very little in the way of calories but the fiber makes you feel fuller. That way when you go to eat you won't feel the need to eat as much

Feminism was absolutely pushed by postmodernist thinkers who at the very heart of their philosophy believe in the destruction of western society. They believe in the subversion of everything that made the west best. The nuclear family, strong social fabric from the church and community, strong masculine men. They want it all to burn because they're sickly immoral people who somehow believe all of that is evil. They are succeeding too. Rampant single motherhood, drastically increased suicide rate…

It's a risk to reward equation. Is it worth it to you to take that risk? Personally when I do date or hookup I'm EXTREMELY selective. Any hint of crazy GTFO. 1 in 4 "ladies" have an STD. Most aren't monogamous. They can always accuse you of something and no matter how much evidence you have you're at the mercy of the court who could go either way

MGTOW isn't a prescription. It's a lifestyle you choose to live. Dating is rarely worth it. I look back at the time I wasted in college dating around and wish I had spent more of it on me. Went on dates with 100+ chicks. Double digits for sexual partners. Still wish I could take my time and energy back from 95% of it

Men's Rights activists are misguided in believing equity in law can be achieved. Females, unless under the care of a man financially, become wards of the state. Therefore laws must be in place to minimize the financial impact they have on the government by screwing men and making them pay. The additionally make up 51% of the voting base. No meaningful changes came therefore happen Red pillars are correct in their assertions but under estimate the long term risks of interacting with women. Look a…

Bc women try to change men. And they always make us worse. Rollo Tomassi states that a women will change a man into something she hates. A man will change a woman into a woman he loves. Women alway think they're changing you for the best but they are not

That's me. I'm naturally very thin. I started out rail thin then gained 90lbs in a less than 2 years but was chubby. Then when my ex and I broke up I went MGTOW and lost 50lbs and then slowly gained back muscle. My advice is get lean first. Get to where you have a low body fat percentage and some lean muscle. As a beginner you'll have the rare ability to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time for about 6m. After that it's really one or the other unless you use PED's like steroids. Once you're…

Diet was mostly skim milk with protein powder, chicken breasts, brown rice and vegetable based pasta, fruits, eggs, some red meats and then fish oil supplement, multivitamin, preworkout, and BCAAs. Counting and adjusting macro nutrient intake is what helped me. I calculated my ratios of carbs, fats and proteins and then entered a 250 calorie per day deficit. Then slowly continued the deficit until I reached my goal. Of the mass you lose approx 66% will be fat and 33% muscle. After I cut I just entered a small surplus and the muscle came back after 6 months. 6 months cut 6 months surplus

We are watching the insidious infantilization of young adults. Left wingers would like the period of adolescence to extend into the mid to early twenties. Anyone who has lived on a college campus knows that. They treat you like children for the first two years

Deep insight. Perhaps a bio evolutionary reason for the wall. Following prime fertility a women's sexuality is a threat to the success of her offspring. It follows then that the wall and the brutality of aging on women is in fact a check on hypergamy which is now manipulated by female augmentation of aesthetics.

Happened at my college. My roommate had a nude beaches sign in his window. Just silhouette of a naked woman. Had the administrator of the building complex come to our door to talk to us. Had multiple emails from university officials. All asking and telling us it had to come down. I pulled the housing code. Found we weren't in violation. Cited first ammendment rights and they backed down.

I think it's the duty of any man propositioned by a cheating female to let the other man know. Even it anonymously. Leave a note under the toilet seat. When he raises the seat to pee he'll see it. And if he sits when he pees he doesn't deserve to see it

I'm not hoping for it or romanticizing it. It's a solemn topic but an inevitability. We are watching it happen and at this point its unstoppable. It will be worse than people can imagine I believe and I hope I don't live to see it. But make no mistake it will happen. It always does

Nietzsche's thoughts on the superman and the herd always bring me solace. It's a lonely path. But it's a higher path. A noble path. You will know and understand things others never will. You will see the world for what it is. Others will go through life with childlike bliss and ignorance and wonder why things go wrong. One day your knowledge and different path will be a means of uplifting society and those you love. You're strength and your ability to rise above will make you something others ma…

Can confirm. Women don't care for kids that aren't theirs the same. They are awful. Working in the schools as a man the kids loved me. Why? Bc many were from single moms and then all of the staff and teachers were 95% female. I was the only young male in the school over the age of 18 and under the age of 40. Kids need men. We're better at controlling emotions. We are better and being disciplined and stable. Women are like children themselves and incapable of raising functioning children without …

Not legal advice or anything but I have heard of people selling their valuables to friends for $1. Cars, collectibles etc. So when the divorce comes they're untouchable and you don't pay high taxes on the sale. Then later you can sell them back. Or "rent" the car to him while its registered to you.

Met an Indian Dr. That was a virgin until his 40's. Married a 22 year old law student, paid off her loans then she divorced him and took his house and over a million in the divorce. Simps exist in every culture but western women destroy them the most

During my parents' divorce my mom tried to manipulate me to take sides against my dad. I'd avoid going over 90 degrees on the lat raises and avoid front raises. With clavicle fxs you might have reduced SC joint mobility so you could be at a higher risk for anterior shoulder pain and subacromial impingement
/r/MGTOW07/12/19 06:25 PM

One of the biggest red pills I ever had was hearing this. They need a man whether it's a husband or the government. They can't support themselves. You see this with political views pretty marriage, during marriage, and after marriage. They always vote in favor of the support structure and when they're single that's the gov and married it's their husband.
/r/MGTOW07/12/19 06:23 PM

Heat the room. Cold muscles loose elasticity which will increase injury risk. For your shoulder work I would avoid heavy overhead pressing in favor of gradually building up parascapular strength. Things like pushups and rows and Y's will help build up the muscles that support your scapula and therefore promote better shoulder mobility and health. Strengthcoachtherapy on instagram has good exercises for shoulder health.

I think the overall body of evidence is suspect at this time. And otherwise noted in the thread is the financial incentives affecting gendered decisions on divorce. For example, men tend to make the most money and therefore a sick wife becomes a financial liability vs a female who is typically provided for. Should she leave her husband she will lose access to those resources. I've seen this in action. I'd be curious to see a study that controlled based on level of wealth. I suspect that results …

I think people are misunderstanding the point of the thread. It's not about MGTOW as a Philosophy it's about what philosophy has helped people understand or come the the conclusions that MGTOW is the right answer. For example Nietzsche and his thoughts on the superman and herd mentality helped me. Same with Jung and his thoughts on archetypes. Women play into archetypes especially in mate selection.

I disagree. Sure from a money to money stand point there's no competition. But they're wasting their money. Spending propping up female tunes businesses has only prolonged their failure. Pushing women into academia has only caused them to have the vast majority of student loan debt while not making the "wage gap" any smaller. Men are better. Smarter. Stronger.
