Not to steal your post, but I don't have a problem because of anxiety. My problem is that I sweat more than usual all the time, I workout every single day and I'm in great shape (190lbs, 5ft 11in, ~10BF). My shirts are always soaked after a workout, short walk up the stairs will leave sweat beads on my face, eating dinner will leave me sweating. I'm constantly hot and I was even worried for my health until my doctor did some testing. He thinks I just have glands that won't shut off or something.

I was at around 220-230 lbs at 5ft 11in. Wasn't obese, but overweight for sure. Now I fluctuate between 190-210. Initially, I had to go to 155-160 to have abs. I have been into bodybuilding for the past 3 or so years so I have gained quite a bit of muscle, now 190 is when I'm extremely ripped (veins on abs and stuff). I have a full visible 8pack until 197ish and after that you can still see my abs until 205ish, but every extra pound adds that tiny layer where they don't pop out as much. I'd say …

Very true, the confidence in myself has skyrocketed. I realized that I can accomplish a lot more than I ever though I could do before.

of course it did, a lot of the times that's all they see you for.

This. I used to be fat/chubby or whatever you call it. One day I decided I'm gonna do everything in my power to improve my body. I've been rocking an 8 pack for the past 2 years now. Before that I always accepted my body as "oh well I'm just not one of those jocky looking dudes". Wrong, you choose your own body.

Not bad at all. I can see that being useful all the time.

I feel like telling them "when I kiss you" gives you an advantage because you already know you're going to kiss her. Also, you're not asking her so now you play it like it's just a matter of time before it happens.

Good stuff. I agree with the people that say brother and sister could backfire, but I've done it myself multiple times. Except I seal the deal differently... I tell her "wow you're really cute, girls like you make me wish I had a sister" and then wait for her response which is usually "really?". Then I respond "never mind, then it'd be too awkward when I kiss you". This has worked every time, you just need to know when to use it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
