This... I love this. Sadly the American and in some ways world politics has devolved into this "Us vs. Them" mentality. This is a great analogy and huge problem with the way activists today are fighting for equality. Even in race relations. I don't think this holds up at all in court or at least it shouldn't. I have heard some cases where men who pretended to be who they weren't were charged with rape. I don't recall what the outcome of that situation is. I mean, I think it is an asshole thing to do to pretend you are something that your not just to get into women's pants but that's a risk women takes if she just jumps into bed with someone the first night they met them.
