Move back into the house and onto your bed. If she wants out, let her leave.

That's awful! You don't bolt on your spouse when they've been through hell! Were you awful before? Sounds suspicious.

If there isn't separation filing in your state( example no formal separation in tx) then go for it. Also, if it was your stuff before marriage, it's still yours

I believe in NC that you may also Sue the other man for alienation of affection. Best of luck to you

I have a question for all of you. You dated a long time before marriage. Did it change? Or were there signs you ignored?

Im sending you so much strength and 1000 hugs! Youre children are not gone forever, and you need to be strong for them. Diet is 90 percent of weight challenges. Is there no one to help you cook? Church? This point is awful, but you will get to the good side of this.

Unless you and your girlfriend are doing blow and shooting up i front of your child- this bitter woman has no ground to demand that.

This seems like every woman's go-to. It's hard to admit two ppl got in a routine, got a little lazy, got a little selfish. It's so much drama

Put cameras up around the house. Hide them the best you can. Store any nasty meltdowns for custody. Be there for your kids. Keep us updated.

It doesn't hurt to ask what your chances are. The weed and drinking- get proof. Record any crazy behavior. Document, document, document. But be prepared for 50/50

Women really only do that if they feel wronged. Doesn't have to be logical. Women compartmentalize every aspect of their lives. Small example: They can't act like a mother at work-they won't get ahead, they can't act like a wife at work-if they're not deemed desirable they won't get ahead. when you have to hide aspects of personality you tend to get really good at lying and hiding emotions. So yes, I would say women are predisposed to this type of behavior.

Dating at 40 will be fun. And let's face it, even dating hell sounds like a step up than what youre in now. Sound like you live with your mother. Im not really sure why you are there.

ask for a formula method when you're figuring out child support payments because she'll have to pay a lot more than you. Since I suppose you guys are going to keep it 50/50. just because you get to keep the house doesn't mean that she won't be obligated to pay some sort of support if she makes that much more than you do

I think having a partner is a great thing. With that, i dont think id get remarried. No reason to, unless there are kids involved.

It's difficult ending something, even if it wasnt healthy. Try to find a group meet or schedule yourself on outings twice a week. Join a church, even if it's just for social needs. I love how ppl judge about affairs- and at the end of the day, it is what it is. Forgive yourself, and move on. And also stop paying the bills bc of guilt. That's ridiculous.

Yeah, you have to be in bad shape to get alimony in tx. Dont move. It is a no fault state.
