1	Non-modifiable parenting plan? Unfortunately, he already doesn’t get quality time with his daughter. They have been living about 200 miles apart and now the ex wife is moving father away, about 280. Per the parenting plan, he only gets his daughter 1 weekend a month and 5 days in December. This makes a good portion of the little time he gets with her to be spent in the car. 1	Non-modifiable parenting plan? Yes unfortunately, his ex wife ask to have that in the plan and my husband was so down and desperate to just see his daughter, that he didn’t think about this stipulation. They agreed to their plan over mediation.	/r/Divorce_Men	08/08/20 09:31 AM
