Exactly. I love video games but pretty much stopped playing when I had my kid. I don’t have time... I suppose I’ll play some again when she gets older

Had one the other day literally drive up and block my car in while I was pumping gas... proceeded to get out and ask me for my Instagram. Wtf?!? In my head I’m going how do I respond so I don’t get hit or worse. And I can’t get in my car and drive away.... So sorry that happened to you and I hope he got arrested.

If you look at the reviews they got a 1 star b/c some dude mad at the escorts for admitting to the things they did. Lol nothing about what the men did

Wow. No no no. You know what’s the BIGGEST turn off?? This. Leads to huge resentment and feeling objectified. Hello, a women is a partner not a vessel to fulfill your sexual “needs”. Gross. So gross. One huge difference I see between men and women- I don’t know ONE woman who has not had sex with someone when they didn’t want to (from pressuring, or self-pressuring, not even including SA here). Not saying it’s not possible for men, but I doubt they have to deal with this. Could it be because if s…

Yes this. What he really means is “I think most women are high maintenance and demanding because they expect me to treat them equally in the relationship.” Tired.fucking.argument

Men on Reddit especially are suuuuuch victims it’s really annoying. I 100% believe in talking about your feelings and people listening, but I’m not validating some delusional RP dude who thinks the world is against him for being male, lol I’m so sure. Ladies - let’s cultivate empowerment for eachother (ty fds!) and not shaming other women. We are always just expected to handle shit (which we are better at imo), but let’s be easy on eachother especially because society sure isn’t gonna be.

This is why I think women are stronger than men.... or at least one reason. They just HANDLE shit (I mean there are def bad mothers out there but we all know there’s far more absent fathers). I also see this often in marriages.... mostly with kids too. There are so many friends I have who are willing to accept shit from their husbands I would NEVER. So lucky to have an exceptional husband who listens when I have to explain how to best help keep things equal. Like seriously, listens (not perfect …

I’m not the person comparing mgtow to alcoholism. I just commented to correct the misinformation that recovered alcoholics somehow blame alcohol for their addiction. Can’t speak for every recovered person of course, but I’ve been sober for a while and that’s just not the case. The alcohol isn’t the problem- it’s our reaction to it. And you’re right that I haven’t been shamed into drinking. HOWEVER, there is still a ton of stigma out there to alcoholics, both recovered and not. Somehow having thi…

You’re correct, exactly the opposite. People in recovery are encouraged to accept responsibility for their condition. They do not talk about hating alcohol or people who drink normally. They focus on how alcohol affects them. Kind of a lurker here but am in recovery so thought I’d chime in.

Right cuz my account is somehow less credible than whatever you’ve decided long before this post was ever made... can’t just argue in good faith, got to just try to discredit someone’s personal experience as if you know anything about what I’ve even tried to describe. Good luck to you

No, it’s not that they don’t think it does, they don’t want to believe it or say it out loud. You can argue all you want with what my experiences have been but ultimately you weren’t there were you? So whatever point you think you’re making by saying I’ve made an assumption is based upon your own assumptions of my personal experiences which I’ve wrote a couple of sentences about on the internet. You keep trying to catch me phrasing something in a certain way in order to prove your point. I’m not…

What is your point? The semantics of my statement don’t negate the fact that there is a reason women literally describe a rape and then say it was their fault/the rapist didn’t mean it, etc... did you have women explicitly tell you when they talk about their experiences that they don’t feel stigma as a rape victim? I imagine there are some who feel more or less stigma but to say that there is “no stigma” is ridiculous and defies common sense. You can’t sit here and argue with me that I need expl…

Because I have a number of personal friends who have been victimized. I’ve had intimate discussions with these women.

No “stigma of rape” huh? Tell that to the number of women I know who have described rape to me but never once used they word because they didn’t want to be a rape victim.

Actually I said that there should be consequences for false accusations, just not consequences equal to actual rape. You can care about those that are falsely accused and rape victims at the same time. It doesn’t have to be one over the other. If you read my other comments I clearly state this.

You’re not wrong. But most people have empathy for victims of violent crimes and it doesn’t go against their own self interest. But I do see your point

Yes but comparing the crime of assault and rape to filing a false police report and what other crime... slander maybe? Is a false comparison so it’s also unfair to say they should have the same punishment. Not that I think false rape accusations should have 0 consequences. Let’s also keep in mind that many women’s lives are ruined just from coming forward after being raped. So not only do they live with that trauma, they get victim blamed because of what they wear, etc. Sometimes their own famil…

Ok wait... so we are bringing toddlers into this?? Are you around many toddlers?? All children test their parents at this age it’s part of development. Also if your argument is that little girls in particular are taught do do this. It’s not the child’s fault it’s the parents... By the age of three or four years old, girls learn how to manipulate men to get what they want. You ever hear, "She has Daddy wrapped around her finger?" That's manipulation. It's adorable, the way kittens practicing murd…
