Advice : don't be a fuckboy. Unhealthy/manipulative women end up with fuckboys. Healthy, happy, emotionally stable women avoid fuckboys like cancer. Do you want to lead an unhealthy life surrounded by toxic people?

congratulations on overcoming the fear and asking her out. It was messy for me at the beginning as well. Just try to develop the skill of reading body language. If it's a positive welcoming vibe, you can start with small talk and then ask her. If you don't find her body language any positive or welcoming, don't bother. Consider this a step ahead! Congrats again :)

This is your field to command. Women usually go for older men. You have the money, and experience (emotional and financial stability, a huge book of unique interesting stories to tell in your head, intelligence built over the years)

I just noticed you from there...how are you? (smile.. Show a welcoming body language)

In reality they've low self esteem. When they were 8 or 9 years old girls, they would get many compliments on their looks and other traits won't get appreciated as much. Environment/society teaches them that their looks is their most valuable asset. Around the age of 12/13 they start noticing boys and grown up men talking all nice, but just want their hand on her. Also, there's this threat from other women jelly of her. All these repeated experiences make her to create this tough shield around h…

So true. There's a verse in Geeta which says the same: Don't worry about results, just do your duty.

You've to make yourself vulnerable at some point. I've learned the hard way. Tell her. It takes courage to do that, which she'll appreciate

That's a no brainer then. I've my gay friend, and female friend point out so many things I missed out when we were hanging out at clubs. I felt like a dumb guy.

Its hard to do when it's not the norm unfortunately. But, op's post has motivated me to do it anyway.

I think #2, and #4 are closely related or almost the same. point 4 is an extension/explanation of point 2. I agree with OP on self reflection. Non manipulative decisions and behaviors are key to a good healthy emotional journey in general. I'm saving this post to keep coming back and reading it. Thanks!

Damn..that's brutal. It hurts a lot. I feel you bro. Yeah crowd mentality can blind us from reason. Ego is something we must keep an eye on. Anyone who's used the sub .. wow.. in Trump's words: it's a witch Hunt !(disclaimer: I don't support Trump)

Learn about consent. Give yourself some time to adjust to the new environment. Read the book: Models by Mark Manson

I think it's about consent. If it's not an enthusiastic yes, then exercise caution and move on. I'm not in for manipulation or anything. I value honesty. Last thing I want is sexual assault. It's scary for me.

Sorry, I didn't mean to convey that you should delete it (I should have reviewed my post. Sorry again!). I have just stopped reading the news feed, posting stuff, checking out other's profiles. Not active anymore. That's all.

Personally, my parents were critical. My need for genuine appreciation while growing was unfulfilled. This need got exaggerated to unhealthy levels into adulthood.

Yes, and I read the one by Dr.Robert Glover. I just checked in Amazon and there are more than one book with same title. Just want to make sure you don't pick the wrong one

I picked up a girl at a hackathon. Do what you love. If you have read "models", he mentions about finding your demographic. Go to events you are interested in

It's similar to porn. Easy access. No feelings. No skills required.

Follow and act on your interests. If you wanted to learn dance for a long time, now is the time to enroll in a dance class. If you are into programming, participate in a hackathon. If you are into surfing, go surfing. Just go to a local bar and play pool.

This is wonderful. Its hard for me to understand women. They are never direct, always beating around the bush .. its so fuckin confusing and some times hard to decipher what you gals want .. Thanks a lot for saying it out :)

Read the 'No more mr. nice guy' book. Don't seek validation from external world bro. Please yourself. Don't worry about the rejections. Seek the thing that you always wanted to do and do it (With this I mean getting your dream job or getting in shape). I agree 100% with stiltoncheez.

2 things stuck most to me: I am always doing something with my life. Yeah, most of the time we are on autopilot. To make conscious decisions frequently is awesome. I follow the 3 second rule. Yup, missed so many pretty girls. Thanks, will try to follow these along with others :)

Well I took the inspiration from meditation beads, which is a long necklace of 108 beads. It helps repeat mantra 108 times. I had seen old people use them back in India, and I understood its purpose. I didn't want to buy it, since it would be one more of many endless things to buy. So, with a bit of trial and error (what worked for me and what didn't), I came up with this method.

Meditation has and is helping me. I meditate for 30 minutes everyday. I simply count my breaths in sets of 10s, moving from one finger to next. If I lose the count, I begin from 1 for current finger. In a few weeks I noticed my mind's drama, and patterns, and it has been so helpful.

You can't flirt until she gets comfortable with you. You can try to make her laugh initially. Don't comment on her looks or anything. If you just met, just try to know her and tell her about you (if she asks .. and be careful to not be boastful).. genuinely ... You can flirt after that initial connection/comfort is established. If she is already friends and is comfy with you .. there is no reason to stop you ..

if she doesnt like you and still gave signals of liking you how would you imagine things going on from there? i think it would get even more embarassing/awkward/wierd or even more painful.

I had filed for a sexual assault complaint against one of my 'supposed' friends. I asked what exactly constitutes a sexual assault at my University, where I complained. The first thing they told me was 'consent'. She clearly consented to you giving a BJ, so BJ part is not a sexual assault. It is important to keep communicating if the other person is OK with something or not. If you get any resistance or a clear 'NO', you should stop. According to you, she did not object to your fingering, and he…

I have read it. From what I remember: * Get over rejection. There can be many reasons you don't know. * Engage with girls whose values are similar to those of yours. Eliminate the ones that don't agree. * Be genuine and vulnerable. Eliminate flaky/manipulative/not-genuine ones. * Wear well fitted dress. Correct your posture esp. your back. * Fix your emotional issues. Address that through your other friends, family, therapist etc., but don't bring that up to your girl. * Fix your work. Do someth…
