You’d have to show proof or affidavit of guardianship to prove you’re the legal guardian, but that’s only really needed for things like school, health, etc. and I would think it would be in conjunction with a birth certificate. 1	Woman who tricked friend into sex by pretending to be a man using fake penis jailed for six and a half years I think it could be classified as rape or at least sexual assault because the other woman didn't consent to it. Let's say it was a man that blindfolded a woman and had her believe it was him when actually he was sticking objects in her without her consent or approval, he would probably get sentenced with the crime of rape, sexual assault with a foreign object or something along those lines. My guess is he found out or suspected she had sex (because it sounds like there were witnesses to the prelude of the act) with the two and when confronted about it she claimed it was rape. Except that blew up when police & school got involved. Weird thing is it sounds like she was hoping he would just console her and they could still have a relationship?
