I started my journey grinding my shit: in the process I liked the person I was becoming. I stalled somehow in the last 6 months?! I know exactly what is my problem: my internal voices my old familiar shitty mental models have killed my momentum, the happy person I was becoming. Right now I am focussing on reestablishing my foundation: sleep, eat, lift, sidebar. You see clearly that I am not owning my shit: grinding every day to regain the lost momentum.

on TRT, it will help you to lose fat as well: just facts, I don't have experience with TRT. But you are quite young: did you already get your T level assessed by a doctor? What does the doctor say? BTW alcohol is killing your Testosterone.

ronin Didn't mean to DEER: just wanted to write down what happened to me in the last 5 months, and my honest assessment on my lack of mission/progress. But every feedback I get here is the only help I will get in my life: thank you.

I wanted to go ahead on improving myself: my game is not existent so far, my social circle is still very small, I have only BJJ as hobby so far and wanted more interesting things for me; I didn't expect that my wife's disrespect would still affect me so bad. Since now my career will improve I cannot take the risk of stuck in this bad situation anymore. What action are you supposedly going to implement to stop this?
