2	I didn't realise my approach anxiety was this bad I'm just doing this for myself. I'm sick and tired of me not being able to communicate honest to girls because of this anxiety. I found two methods to overcome this: exposure therapy and another method where they throw you in the deep and you have to do completely weird stuff in front of girls from day 1 to 'desensitise' normal interactions. 1	Quick (and probably stupid) question A x stands for a kiss originally but some girls use it casually without a lot of underlying meaning (they won't send it to people they don't like I think though). Never have seen guys do it though. No clue if guys regularly send stuff like that back when a girls does it. Laughed out loud haha. Seems logical.
