Taxes are not equally distributed on those areas you mentioned. Most of it is used for funding the military industrial complex. Water is not really as clean as we think it is. Health system? Crappy. Government? Well you know the answer to that. Streets? Urban areas look crappy, not much development. Security? Yeah I guess lol
