At the heart of this case is the, frankly, disturbing American association of nudity with sex. Yes, it happens all over the world, but it just seems like our national prudishness combined with our natural fascination with sex has caused is to sexualize so many things that aren't sexual at all (nudity in art, urination, particularly male urination, children reveling in the "rebellion" of removing their clothes). It sounds to me like the problem isn't practice time but game time. Practice is all well and good, but you can't really truly replicate game situations in practice for any sport. It was thrown out of court, what more do you want the courts to do? Beyond making her pay court/lawyer fees, which she probably did, there's not much else to do? The court got this one right, so the only correlation I see between this and men's rights is to use it as an example of what should happen when people (man or woman) brings a frivolous lawsuit against an ex.

How does this have anything to do with men's right? A crazy ex and (apparently) serial shakedown artist targets a rich guy and the case gets thrown out...7 years ago. The problem is that there are a lot of people who cannot control their children just fine, or maybe they do, but when the children get out of sight of their parents, they become almost feral. They probably would go as far as to expel him if they felt they had to. School's take discipline very seriously (overly seriously sometimes in my opinion) and, from what I've heard, British schools take it even more seriously than American. If he repeatedly refused to follow what they saw as a breach of the dress code (the part about "unusual hair styles and colours"), expulsion would probably be the only option, from the point of view of the school administration.

I think this needs to be higher. If this is actually the same guy, it sounds like he might be targeting black women for...something. In the first "incident," there is definitely some scary shit happening. The second might be considered overly reactionist except for the incident the day before.
