I have a pink princess lunchbox that I take to work and I wear purple, pink and pastels quite often. I normally get the one off remark for them when a person meets me for the first time but when they realize I don't give a shit about what they think they usually shut up about it. I found that it was all about confidence and how you hold yourself. I'm not sure how your students would react to what you wear but if you do try it out, don't stop. Any ridicule you face will reinforce those stereotype…

I'm not american which is why I'm asking this but why do Universities get so involved in the process of a sexual assault? Shouldn't it be the legal system's job to find out if the accused is guilty not an education provider?
