I think in many states, being drunk renders you unable to consent to sex so even with the audio, you would still be found guilty if she brings a case. And with text messages, they can easily be spoofed. Bottom line, be careful.

I guess I meant to say I wait up to three dates. I'm set in my Tom Leykis school of thought. 90% of the girls usually put out after the second date anyways. The first date is coffee/dessert, the second date is usually to a park and then the third date is another dessert/drinks date. Nothing too fancy ever. After the 10th date or so, I called her up and told her I didn't think it was going to work out, so let's just be friends. First screw-up. I wait three dates and if nothing happens after that then I send here a text message saying we seem better as friends. If you were Tom Brady, she would have sex in the first minute of talking but since you're John Smith, she'll make you wait until something better comes along for her, and if not, she'll settle for you.

It seems like you fell into the trap of dating- becoming too comfortable. Just because you are dating does not mean you should stop growing as a person. Be more sociable, have mutual friends with your gf but also have friends that are only your friends. This way, when you break up, you do not have to start life over. And continue strengthening the relationships with your family, co-workers and neighbors, continually.

I'm new to TRP but why do you let her over to your place? Tom Leykis always says to go to her place so the girl can't come over during strange hours and spy on you when you're with other girls. Also, you can leave her house anytime versus if she comes over she'll want to spend the whole day with you.
