1	Nearing 30 and cannot find work. Could use a RP perspective between 200-400 people are applying to each job I am I hate hearing people say they are applying to jobs with 200 applicants. How can you even motivate yourself to write a good application when you know your chances are so stacked against you? How are they even selecting people if that's the number of applicants? There are other ways to find jobs and get into companies than the usual methods that everyone uses.
