When this injury happened the last time, like 5 months ago, i went back to light weights with all my exercises. I slowly started building back up but eventually i get pain. I tried to do a slow progression, but that didnt work. Maybe high reps with low weights? But i want those gains.

I am hesitant to spend money on PT because of past experiences. The last time I had an issue, 5 physical therapists all gave me the same exercises that i could find on youtube in an hour. So, I’ve watched as many YT vids on shoulder impingement as i can and I’ve settled on these exercises: Shoulder blade pinches, Shoulder distraction, Wall angels, Pec stretching, Outward shoulder rotations

First of all, you can't trust what a woman says. That being said, my one true love supposedly knew she would regret it and still did it anyways. She agreed that what we had was special and it was unlikely she would ever find that again, and she even admitted that she might regret it. And she was an AWALT and took off for the carousel anyways.

I've been wanting to refute a point that she, and others make about the OKcupid study. Blue pills are the first to say "BUT LOOK THE WOMEN MESSAGE AVERAGE GUYS MORESO THAN ABOVE AVERAGE GUYS" and they use that as evidence for women knowing their value and not actually only choosing high smv men. Yes. I've always had more female friends than the average male. It is part of the reason why I GMOW, because I have a lot of experience with them. Almost every female friend of mine has eventually tried to use me in some way. And the one's that haven't tried to use me have been poor friends and drifted away over time.
